We booked this place a long time ago and when we arrived they told us they had technical issues with the room (they overbooked and didn’t tell us). The only option given was for us to go to a sister hotel (a 2 star hotel around the corner)
Warning: this happened to everyone checking in. This place overbooks and send people to less quality hotels.
Save your money and aggravation. Cancel and do not use this place.

Good hotel with easy access to Munich railway station.Rooms were big enough to accomdate our small family of 3.Bed was comfortable with clean linen.Neat and clean washroom with complimentry toiletries.

Not what you see in pictures. Very loud even with closed windows. Room needs upkeep as stuff are not held in their place very well English Chanel’s listed in guide aren’t working as well. Room looks very dated. That said, location is the big thing here.

Booked a triple room but was putted into a double. Had to go back to complain a few times to get the originally book room. Getting a two star only cuz of the nice lady that helped us.

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms are clean with all friendly staff. There's an up charge for things like Wi-Fi which is 3.90 per day. Other than that, no complaints.

The rooms are modern and very clean. We paid an upcharge to get a room at the back of the building and there is no street noise. If you choose not to have your room cleaned then you receive a €5 credit. The mini bar is €4.90 for all of the items in it. In our minifridge there are 2 beers, 2 waters, a juice and coke which in my opinion is a pretty fair deal if you don't have time to go to a quick shop. While there are some shops that people from the states aren't use to seeing, it not that bad no one is forcing you to enter them. I have not once felt unsafe.

We visited the bar in this hotel, but were not staying there. The prices were very reasonable and the service was friendly. Nice place to stop in for a drink.

Nice place. Shower is a bit weird - non-functional knobs, leaky shower head, and way too long shower curtain. But it's pretty nice and convenient.

Really impressed with the room. Loads of wardrobe space (made the girlfriend happy), lovely bathroom and comfy beds. Great deal on the minibar too - the entire contents for 4.50€! Conveniently placed in relation the central station.
