It has a great location, right on the city center. Good service and very comfortable rooms. It’s a little expensive but it’s worth it!
Nice stays consistent after multiple visits. Surroundings are not the best, but not the hotels fault.. A little pricey, particularly parking, but service and accommodations are quality. Annoyed at times by loud banging for check up on minibar at 10am or so. Loud and aggressive but was quick. Could be more delicate and courteous.
Nice hotel in the center of the Munich, close to the main railway station. The surroundings is very mixed, I have to say, the it was not my pleasure to walk there alone during the night .
Excellent breakfast, excellent equipment with excellent services. Very recommended.
As expected for a European 4 star hotel. The area is a bit better and more secluded than the main street 2 blocks away. There is a restaurant, bar, and patio as part of the hotel. Not an incredible hotel, but the location is great, hotel is clean, nice staff, I would stay here again.
Just steps away from Munich station which was really convenient. The room is spacious, clean, and has all of the amenities and more. The surrounding area is what you'd expect from the terminal area of a major city (dirty, beggars + drunks) but this hotel is an oasis in such an atmosphere. The entrance is somewhat set off from the main street but still easily found. Very close to the "Old Town" with a lot of shopping, good restaurants, and amazing architecture. Highly recommend this hotel.
Comfortable and wide rooms but heat temperature was too hot. Good location but little expensive.
The Maritim Hotel München is located very close to the central station. The area around is not so pleasant. Mostly red light district. However, because of it's backyard location, it is very quiet. The lobby and the room were very clean. The interior of the bathroom was modern. The bed was hard and felt a little used. But that is my opinion. My friend liked the bed and had a restful night. The free WiFi was very slow. All staff was very friendly.
The free Internet is so slow they might as well not even offer it. You can't even do email on it. The rooms are nice and clean, but small with minimal appointments. Everything is an up-charge, from the 20 euro breakfast to the 6 euro pool charge to the overly expensive water and snacks for sale in the room. All in all, not a bad hotel for being in the middle of Munich. And not a bad rate. But I would probably stay somewhere else next time.
We were here with the UNC glee club for a tour, and everything was superb. The hotel is an easy 15 minutes drive from the center of town, which is easily walkable. Overall, fantastic
Great hotel, very central location although the neighborhood is a bit rough. Spacious rooms, plenty of amenities. Didn't have time to visit the swimming pool, but it's there.
