I'm giving this hotel three stars instead of two because of the concierges. Otherwise, this is an ordinary business hotel opposite a train station. Services are minimal. Housekeeping is poor even though the furniture seems to have been chosen for ease of cleaning, giving the room the look and feel of a dental office. They run low on hot water in the mornings, so prepare for a brisk start to your day. The concierge recommended two very good restaurants. I'd return here if I needed to be near the train station and the Sofitel across the street had no rooms. It's safe, quiet and the wifi is good. And the concierge staff is great. Beware: although the price of the room "includes" breakfast, it is called out separately as a line-item with a separate tax rate. Rather than including breakfast, they're forcing you to purchase it, and their books reflect that nasty surprise.

Great hotel located in a great spot. Literally across the street from the main train station. Either a 15 minute walk to Marianplatz (where you wanna go) or less than a 5 minute subway ride from inside the station. Also if you are going to see the famous Neuschwanstein castle then this is the best location. The train is, you guessed it, located inside the main station. If you prefer the night club scene there's clubs within a few blocks of the hotel. Overall great location and if I visit Munich again this hotel will be my obvious choice!!!

The hotel is in an excellent place to get into Munich. The rooms are spacious and luxury. Would defiantly stay here again

A good standard hotel in a good, central location at Hauptbahnhof Station. The hotel offers a good breakfast, on-site leisure facilities, restaurant with a decent breakfast (available until 13:00 on Saturdays!). Everything is clean and tidy and staff are really helpful.

Hotel is ok however you need to be aware of a few issues. Hotel Staff great so far however I have to complain about the front desk. I book a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. In the Web site they mentioned that they could provide and extra bet. Once we arrive they told us that we need to get another room. The room do not communicate so we end up sleeping 1 adult and one kid in one room and another kid and adult on another room. The second room was provided at a greater price. I got a good deal by reserving the first room 2 months earlier. . The hotel rooms are not that great. Bathrooms is very bad design. Taking a shower is more a adventure that anithing else. The shower is extremely small and in order to open it and control the temperature you have to play with the shower door nevertheless you still end up with more water outside than inside. Toilet very small. The rooms have this smell like old building. Overall If you planing to spend time here consider the issues.

My stay was great, the employees were really nice and they all spoke understandable English. The room service was really good and they checked on the room multiple times a day.
