The accommodation is beautiful, great breakfast and excellent services. The closeness of the facility to the central train station was especially helpful. I hope to stay in the hotel again

Single room very small not good for big guy, moreover when we go check in someone reception she don't have service mind. Breakfast almost delicious.

The room was clean, the provided shampoo, shower gel and soap were top notch and the hotel generally had a beautiful atmosphere. Loved it!

This hotel is right next to the train station, in a little community of clean, bright modern traveler's hotels. My room with queen size bed was large and comfortable. The wifi of course was hit or miss. There's some dodgy looking behavior (I assume drug dealing) a block away and if you take the street the hotel is on into town you run smack into the seedier end of the red light district. Better to go back towards the train station before proceeding in.

This is literally a night club with some spare rooms on top. Loud music can be heard in the lobby and in our room, and did not stop until after midnight. Smells strong tobacco as we carry our 5 months old baby in. Not very professional staff and not trying to help you at all. I tried to call the reception at least 5 times during the night, no one bothered to answer my call. The street outside does not feel safe, there are trash in the street and I also saw a few broken glass bottles the next day as we walk to the city. Don't be fooled by its 4 stars. Would not recommend it.

Horrible customer service, looks like a club with some rooms handled by young people who doesn't care about their guests. Good breakfast.

Absolutely worst customer service ever.
Cancelled the room and they still charged it and pretend it was not cancelled although they confirmed it in writing.
Hotel is ok, noisy street in a shady area of Frankfurt. Security of hotel is questionable - you can get free access to every level of the hotel.
Would definitely not recommend it to any women traveling alone.
