Very clean and tidy, the room was lovely and had Sky TV. It was also very close to the U-bahn station. However it had a waiter on the bar who decided he wanted to keep a 2,60 tip in change from a 10 euro bill! That was the only disappointment. Apart from the waiter it was really quite lovely.

Good location near the Underground Station. Descent breakfasts. Air conditioner works when you are off. Rooms are pretty small.

Friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Very clean Two bedroom apartment was very nice and spacious. Convenient location right next to metro. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little hotel close to the city centre (10 min with subway and station before the door). Plenty of free parking available in the surrounding streets.

The apartment was ok I would give it 3 stars for cleanliness; however, don't bother paying for the secure parking garage (it is the farthest thing from secure)!!!!! My family payed for two nights of parking in the hotel garage 1st there are no security cameras, 2nd the key entry doesn't work so you have to buzz the front desk who seems to let anyone in and doesn't keep a log of who enters and finally when someone hit our vehicle and I reported it to the management, she took pictures on her smartphone and told use to just contact her once the polizi report was submitted for the insurance. When I went to the station they told me that this is a civil matter that the hotel is liable for since it occurred on private parking. When I tried to call the manager several times I could not reach her. Finally after emailing her and calling again, Mrs. Manuela rudely said it was not their problem and don't cry to her then hung up on me. When I tried to call back she continued to act like a child and continually hung the phone up. Due to the unprofessionalism of Manuela I will make sure to never suggest this hotel to any friends and will make sure to pursue this matter further.
