Hotel is kept clean but the staff are annoyed with guests. The two men at the reception were positively unfriendly. In a three nights stay they never managed to say a word of greeting, just grunting moodily at the guest. This is outrageous and very bad service. When checking out we were informed we had an outstanding breakfast bill - in fact we never had breakfast at the hotel as it is much too pricey. Though the hotel is located in the center it is not good value for the non-existent service provided.

The first impression wasn't very nice, the room furniture, windows etc are relatively old. BUT, the location is perfect, the room was clean and calm taking into account its the city center, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, breakfast - well poor but tasty.

Good location, about 10 minutes walk from Oktoberfest, but somewhat noisy. Room was clean but shower water pressure pretty low.

The rooms are small and the walls are thin but in general everything you need is here. The shower heats up quick, the room is clean and there is space to hang my clothes.

Downbeat expensive. No way is it worth the money. Very small tired, cold rooms. Wifi not very good. Bathroom recently refurbished - about the only good point

The location is excellent, staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and cozy. The only downside is the lack of an AC system, as Bavarian summers can get quite hot.

Nice little hotel not far from the train station (15min. walk) and very near to the metro station (2min. walk). There's a big hospital area around the hotel so you might hear some ambulances but otherwise is it surprisingly quiet. We did not pay very much for the stay and the price was very fair. The WiFi is free and we even had a little kitchen in the room. The room was not very clean but we got some gummibears on our beds and I would also not call it very dirty. The door to the bathroom does not go to the bottom so everyone can hear what happens in the other room. We didn't care so much about this but this is probably not the same for everyone. I would totally recommend this hotel for a cheap city trip but I probably wouldn't book my family holidays in this hotel.

The receptionist were very nice, breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfortable!
