A nice hotel for a good and fair price in a superb location - close to the center with public transportation all around and close by. The rooms are alright, although one major problem was that we didn't have a safe in our room.
The breakfast they offer for extra payment is good, and the staff at the reception, although some didn't speak English too good, still were very nice and helpful.
I'd recommend this hotel for someone who came to travel around and needs a good place to sleep in for a good price
Great place, great price, nice, comfortable rooms. Good location.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room and good location. Street parking is challenging, be sure to ask for a pass so you don't have to park in a garage.
Hotel is nice and comfortable. It has an excellent location with a 10 minutes walk to Marienplatz and 4 mins to U-Bahn (Lehel on U4 & U5). Came during Oktoberfest so it was a bit too expensive
Conveniently located by a 15 minute walk to Marienplatz and a 5 minute of walk to English Garden. Staff are friendly and speak English. They also provide parking permit for 2 euros/day. Rooms are comfortable although the bathrooms are a little small. But this close to the city center, space will always be at a premium. Highly recommend staying at this place, walking over to the English Garden and having a cup of coffee at the cafe at the entrance.
Excellent rooms, good service and breakfast, good location.
The hotel is in the middle of the block. Very cute small hotel. The reception knew who was checking in and out so that was a breeze. What baffled me is that the keys are actual keys and not cards or something like that. And Everytime we left the hotel we had to give them the key and they would give it back when we returned. They said they only have one key for each room That doesn't make sense to me. But besides that I'd you're travelling with big suitcases, be ready for an interesting way to get to your room. The elevator is super small. Just fit me, a friend, and our huge checked bags. We are both average sized people. They have stairs too but dragging luggage up and down isn't ideal. The elevators also stop in between floors so when you get out you have to go down one flight of stairs to get to your room. We got two twins. Standard size for a European hotel. The beds were on the stiff side and the pillows were odd. I had one huge flat pillow and a super small hard pillow. Wasn't the best bed but it did the job. The bathroom is small and the shower is a stand up space pod size shower. It was very tight. The room also didn't seem to have air conditioning. There was a fan in the closet thankfully. The service was great. Friendly and helpful workers. There's breakfast avaolable every day but we didn't get it. We just went to the coffee shops down the street. Either way you leave the hotel there are coffee shops.
Pleasant my surprised by the rooms which were a decent size and comfort and the staff were friendly. Location was pretty good and I would happily return
Nice Hotel located at walking distance from the English Garden. The infrastructure and the services were good. It is located on a low transited street, therefore it is quiet.
Not good I won't stay there again.
Room has no heating control, quite old, all a bit weird.
Breakfast was good though.
