This hotel is a hidden gem! We stayed here the night before we flew out of Frankfurt airport. The gentleman took our bags when we arrived and Niki at the front desk checked us in. She was so sweet and friendly. She arranged car service for the following morning to take us to the airport. The hotel is ideally located with a beautiful park in the back where we enjoyed cocktails and one of the best meals we had on our 16-day trip! Theo and Tony were excellent servers. The rooms are beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. The manager Samantha came over and introduced herself and welcomed us to the hotel. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Breakfast the next morning was our best breakfast that we had in Europe. Thank you so much for your hospitality. It’s very easy to get to the airport as well.
Pros: Conveniently located in the center of Frankfurt. Most if not all attractions are within walking distance. Room is clean, good size bathroom with separate shower place. A/C is adequate. On site restaurant and bar.
Con: Unfortunately, desperately needed 125V outlet in my bathroom doesn't work during my stay.
The hotel is great and has a good service as expected for a Hilton hotel. Staff is very friendly. Free wifi. The rooms are ok and the bedroom is nice a has enough space. Food is tasty. For breakfast they have a nice buffet. Lunch was also tasty. Attached to the hotel is fitness first which 25m pool you can use for free when you stay in the hotel
Annika and the team at the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre were absolutely wonderful! From providing dining recommendations to answering our questions on public transportation, my wife and I felt welcomed from the start. The breakfast spread was the best I’ve ever seen and the location is perfect for exploring Frankfurt by foot and rail. Nora behind the bar makes a strong drink and was so pleasant to chat with as well. Thank you for the hospitality; this was the best hotel experience I’ve had in my 10+ years of travel.
Had an amazing stay here! Central location (approx. 5 minutes walk to the city centre). The hotel is renovated and there is a fitness first which is connected to the hotel. As a guest you can use the gym & pool. The staff is very service oriented and the hotel is pet friendly so our furry friend enjoyed too! Will definitely come back.
expensive hotel without paying attention to small details. Not clean enough, electric sockets are located badly, no coffee machine. room after cleaning is missing towels .staff gave me another key to the room without even ask me for name only room number - low security awareness.
Rude staff member "Jan" on the night shift. I think he needs some more customer service training because his attitude is disgusting I wouldn't return just for the fact he works there. Less than impressed!!!
Location is close to the shipping district and old city where the Christmas market is. The views are better overlooking the park, which points away from the old city. The staff is great. The bar is fine. You need to know the area a bit to find your own parking or else you default to valet parking.
Wifi is very expensive (15€ per day for a standard speed)
We had little problem with the shower (hot 2 minutes after that cold). We call many times the reception but no result when technical comes.
Rooms are very good, spa & pool is perfect.
A stay at the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre is always great. This time around I was able to enjoy the Executive Lounge located on the 11th floor. The room had a fantastic view. Breakfast was fantastic and although I was missing the 'Frankfurter Pudding'. They had a lot of new things to offer.
Quick one night stay for a meeting and I couldn't find anything bad about the place. Bright, open lobby with plenty of seating. Room was bright and clean. Staff offered a nice welcome snack. I would stay again.
very nice hilton for the rooms, breakfast, and building. One of the nicest ones I've been to. However, if you're a Gold member, you're pretty much nothing. Doesn't get you into the exec lounge, nor does it get you a late checkout. Had a group of 6 people that needed a late checkout for an extended stay before the flight. was told the "entire" hotel was booked and our rooms were the critical ones to make it happen. 6 rooms out of the hundreds in the building? Not the most accommodating hilton I've been to, but what do I know, I'm just gold
This hotel was nice stayed 8 nites but had a few issues(room 826). When taking a shower, water temperature would fluctuate from cold then burning hot but did have great water pressure and unlimited hot water. Room temperature seemed to always stay warm I turned everything off but the floor radiator never cuts off to me that means the ac system which you control cannot overtake the central hotels radiators (left the widow cracked open). Had a 'smoked in' lingering smell, but was a non-smoking hotel luckily the widow does tilt open (get a park view). The room fridge had a tiny portion for my personal items (top right from picture), I asked to have them clean it out so i could load it up with my things the answer was no. Had a great breakfast, but the items I liked were always undercooked. Undercooked bacon and eggs were not my liking strangely this must be a European thing. Zero self parking only valet with €37 per night rate not bad but the park and go people beware. Short walk to the subway, short walk to the City Center. Always a row of taxis out front.
Worst experience ever. If I could give negative review it would be a negative 1 star. I would recommend to never book a reservation at this hotel due to their ridiculous cancellation policy. It will cost you 90% of your reservation if you have to cancel. Yes, it happened to me. I cancelled 15 days in advance and they still charged me the 90% cancellation fee. The cancellation was not my fault and to make things worse, the policy is not very clear when booked through a highly reputable reservation website. I will be seeking legal action if possible. Stay away from this hotel just because of the cancellation policy alone.
We stayed at this hotel enroute Zurich, Switzerland. It is a small little hotel providing comforts of a Hilton hotel. The check in was very smooth despite being late at night and the staff was courteous and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and tidy. Parking is secured in underground garage and is charged for at the rate of 20 euro per day. Breakfast is a nice spread with all the works. We enjoyed the short stay here!
