Good conditions for the price. Great value for short trips. Neighborhood is not the best one.

Clean, silent, very close to the railway station, the fair and the downtown walking area. Courtesy and pretty decent prices. Free wifi. The rooms are usually not available before 14.00 . The service can be improved (they forgot to change my shower towel). Breakfast in a front bar called Einstein with 20% of discount (ask at the reception). There are several places where to eat just next to the hotel or in front of it (sushi, traditional wurstel, kebab) .

Here for an overnight stay between flights. Easily located near the central station. Rooms are simple but all you need. Air Conditioning is a plus since it is near central.

Good hotel! Room was kind of small but it was fine. Nothing to complain. Very close to the main train station and tram. Reception is very kind!

Lovely and clean hotel, room and bathroom was very clean. We got fresh towels, and top up on everything even though we were happy to use our ones. Room was very spacious, all modern amenities and comfortable bed, duvets and pillows. WiFi was quite stable and sufficient enough for browsing. TV channels didn't work but we weren't bothered about it
Helpful staff that aided us with any enquiries. There are maps and guides available for guests to pick up like sightseeing tours etc.
Quite central to main station, 5 minutes walk. Hotel is easy walk to and from anywhere in the city. You can take tram if you wish to but no need. Very close to festhalle also, if you come to see a concert or event.
Central station attracts a rough crowd for some reason, it is like a gathering place for them. We found them to be harmless and not bothering.
Several restaurants and supermarkets close by if you need food and bits. Hotel located at the Asian side of the town so Thai, Chinese, Indian cuisine plenty available.
Price wise hotel is very reasonable and well worth the money.
Plenty adult entertainment places available couple of streets down, looks like red light district of Frankfurt.

The location was super convenient to the train station, nearby shops to eat, 10 minute walk to the city center. The room had everything I needed. Not sure what others are going on about, the location is safe!

Functional and friendly hotel in a very convenient location between the railway station and the Messe. Free wi-fi only for the first 24 hours and breakfast is taken next door at the Mercure but all very easy.

Quiet and comfortable. Clean room (509), tee and coffee. Clean bathroom. Good price. Close enough to the main train station, walking distance. Downstairs in front of the hotel there is a good restaurant with thailandese food, perfect for dinners.Disadvantages: no washing clothes service,
