  Great local music club which has several concerts throughout the week. We were there for “blues wednesday” and it was absolutely wonderful. Not very crowded and I hope that usually, they have better attendance. Drinks and food are ok, but don’t expect anything special or fancy.

  The only club in Berlin where you can have real jazz and soul. No hipsters, no wannabe-intellectuals, just plain jazz. The great music compensates for the small size of the location!

  Ein durch und durch ehrlicher Ort für einen schönen Abend. Das Essen ist ordentlich und lecker. Die Einrichtung spiegelt die jahrelange Leidenschaft für Jazz wieder. Die Musiker spielen mit dem Herzen, wobei die fliegenden Pianofinger, der coole Basszupfer, der treibende Taktgeber, die crazy Geige, das wildwiegende Sax und der soulige Gesang beweisen, dass Sie auch technisch einiges drauf haben. Jazz aus dem Bauch, wir haben es sehr genossen und sind mitgerissen. Die 17 Euro pro Person für die Band ist da mehr als fair. Ein Jazzclub wie man ihn sich vorstellt. Bei einem Verhältnis 6 Musiker zu 40 Gästen, ist man mittendrin statt nur dabei :) Wiederkommen eingeplant und dann mal schauen ob ein anderer Act auch so rockt!

  Ein schöner Ort für ein Abend mit Freunden oder auch allein, man findet schnell Kontakt mit anderen Besuchern, verbindend ist die Musik.
  Es gibt recht ordentliche Speisen, ein Hausbier und die typischen Berliner Biere.
  Es gibt schöne Außenplätze unter Bäumen, mit Buschwerk abgegrenzt ein idyllischer Ort.
  Der Wirt ist sehr freundlich.
  Es wird gelegentlich um eine Spende für die Musiker gefragt, das ist in Ordnung. Bodenständiger Jazz.

  been there on 3/02/16. But it felt like nyc of 1940s on the 52nd street. Only without smoke inside :) Do recommend
