Some good local facilities and well-placed for transport links to the rest of the city. Fine for a brief city break

Not in Potsdamer platz. Not many bars or restaurants around but hotel bar good. Rooms basic. No coffee making facilities

Location is not Potsdammer Platz as the name misleadingly suggests. In fact it is at least 15 minute walk away. Rooms and facilities fine. Staff not the friendliest.

The hotel is average IBIS style with no frills. Clean but boring. That would make 4 rating Stars.
The bad point : the hotel calls itself Potsdamer Platz, but is a good 500 Meter away and actually at Anhalter Bahnhof. So one star penalty for fooling the guest.response / report this review -

Cheap and cheerful accommodation within easy walking distance of Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamer Platz and more. Rooms are basic but comfortable, with firm but spacious beds. Showers are ok, bathrooms are compact "pod" shapes that feel as if they have been added to the room after development. Small televisions in each room and no luxuries like irons, tea/coffee or mini bar. Also only one plug socket that is annoyingly placed high on a wall away from a table. Staff are courteous and the bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Breakfast is continental in style, and varies in price depending on the time you attend. Overall, a perfectly fine place to stay if you want a comfortable no frills hotel that is reasonably priced and in a decent part of town, but not a 'exciting' hotel.

Reasonably priced for food after a flight which landed in the mid-evening, and very friendly staff who served good food promptly and with a smile!

Decent schnitzel and paninis. Friendly staff. Not bad for eating in at the hotel and not wandering around.

The hotel is well located, near from the center. The rooms are really good, but the bathroom are a little small.

Very nice hotel. The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, it even had a waffles machine. Would recommend.
