A central location, ideal for exploring Berlin. Recently modernised rooms which are very comfortable. Fantastic breakfasts.

Very nice place in good location. I was given a room with a bathroom for disabled. One star less then perfect because of that.

Nice hotel but not without its issues. At breakfast, I was told I would have coffee brought to the table but was not. Because no hotel staff member came to my table, I was not able to ask for an omlette as some guests were. The water was not working in the gents sink in the toilet which meant I was not able to wash my hands and there was vertically no acknowledgment from the staff member I told about this. Having said that, my room was very nice and the hotel looked good too.

One of the staff who greeted us at the reception was courteous and helpful, even genuinely warm - and this made a great difference (I wish I remembered her name). She was counterbalanced by her colleagues who were arrogant and cheeky - based on admittedly brief interactions with 3 of them. The room was very clean but the AC didn't seem to work. We discovered it too late at night when even at 18°C ( started from 23°) we woke up sweating. We just stayed one night and didn't see a point in complaining at midnight - we were also very tired and just wanted to sleep. Breakfast was okay. The location is great - very close to public transport.

Clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast. I even got a chocolate Santa on 6th December :) It's close to lots of restaurants and in walking distance to the main train station. Also, if you have the right room you can see historical museum right across the alley. Only the bar is very small.
