  Stayed at the hotel while working in Berlin. Nice hotel staff are very friendly and all speak good English.
  
  The hotel is very open plan and easy to get around. The room I was given was very nice with on suite shower room.
  
  Breakfast is very good with a wide choice if items to choose from the only problem is they have one coffee machine so you can end up waiting 10 mins to get a coffee. For a big hotel at least two coffee machines would be good.
  
  There is a large supermarket around the corner of the hotel so you can stock up on items on the cheap.

  The hotel absolutely fulfilled my expectations, spacious room and in good and clean condition, an undercover parking that was accessible even with full-size car and nice pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

  Nice hotel although I did not really appreciate the location. Almost no good restaurants nearby. However the hotel was very nice for the price we paid and the location is good for tourists that have never been to Berlin before and want to stay close to the main tourist spots. Also, a lot of nice museums nearby

  Stayed here for 4 nights during a conference event at bcc Berlin Congress (10-15 minutes walk). The room was clean and spacious, with everything needed including a laptop safe. The room door lacked a peephole, that was my only minor concern. The restaurant was a bit pricey, and didn't offer much to choose from. Otherwise it's a good place to stay, but there's nothing special about it.

  Everything was great for our trip to Berlin. Staff helped direct us to a nearby doctor when our son had an ear infection. Kids received a gift when checking in. TV could be improved with more premium channels, but we were here to sight see so didn't spend too much time in the hotel anyway.

  Hotel molto lussuoso. Piacevole la visita. Posizione strategica vicino al centro. Camere e servizio ottimi. Unica pecca è la mancanza di un ristorante decente e tipico
