WOWlovely mid sized hotel, adult only, peaceful with spectacular views of coral bay.
The best thing without a doubt are the staff, genuinely friendly, attentive and the BEST.
    The hotel is spotlessly clean.
    Will be back..

Hotel is fantastic. Pool, bars, restaurant and outside lounge area. Also just down some steps on to Coral Bay beach. Food is buffet style but unbelievably good. Different theme each night. Waiter service is impeccable. Very attentive and professional. Smart casual dress required for evening meals. All inclusive available which I recommend. Minimum age to stay is 16. We took my two boys age 16 and 18 and we're concerned they may not like it, but they appreciated the exclusivity. A thoroughly relaxing week.

Didn't find the hotel 5 star,I don't like the idea of the inclusive plus as paying all inclusive means the beach bar food shud be included with the package. The pool is so small your like sardines around it.If late going for meal then half the food have ran out.In the room the balcony is rusty.Tgere is a shop but it's never open. But on the good side the waiter service and the chambermaids are fantastic.A la carte menu the same so cancelled 2nd meal and the entertainment is nil

Visited in May. The hotel was quiet filled only with British crowd. Nice breakfast. We had a huge room with two bathrooms and a big balcony. Room service is great. Staff are very nice. The location is great, right by the sea. 30 minutes driving from the airport. Hotel has a small restaurant next to it. A local bus leaves to town every 15 minutes, so very convenient. There is a street filled with restaurants, cafes and some tourist stores just a 15 minutes walking distance.

This is a really, really nice hotel. We were seriously considering upgrading to the "all inclusive plus" but, to be totally honest, unless you like say a particular brand of scotch for instance and will drink nothing else, there is no need, as there is a wide and excellent selection of drinks The food in the restaurant is great as we could always find several dishes that we'd like. The a la carte is good, but with a limited menu and the one visit that you get with the all inclusive we felt, was sufficient. The staff are nothing short of fabulous and so attentive. The only thing I'd give 9 and not 10 out of ten for, is that the rooms are a little dated, though immaculately clean and with great air-con that works perfectly and most importantly, is quiet! Not a place to go if you want singing and dancing at night, but want to chill? Then it's perfect

Very clean well kept hotel. Friendly staff great food, lots of facilities Including fitness / health suite. Quiet and relaxing. Plenty of sun beds around a quite pool, Upgrade to all inclusive plus is well worthwhile and pays for itself.

Beautiful small hotel with stunning garden and easy beach access. Well hidden away on a small road, and visible from the coral bay beach. We haven't stayed as guests but came for a lunch by the pool and it was fantastic. Food is amazing, the pool area beautiful plus you get lovely views across the coral bay area. The hotel doesn't have the touristy feel you get from other big resorts in the area. Its small, cozy and beautifully decorated. I could live there full time!

We spent a week in December. The staff is very friendly and kind. The hotel I wouldn't say is a 5*. The breakfast very limited options (I would rate for 4*). The views are impressive.

We arrived in late May for our wedding, and we were immediately at home in the extremely relaxed atmosphere of Thalassa. The staff were attentive and friendly, not a single negative comment about any member of staff. It was as if we were among old friends, even though this was our first visit ( of many to follow ).

On the day of our wedding, everything ran smoothly and the day was far better than we even dared to think it would be. Nothing was overlooked and the only way to describe the day is, perfection. We had a very intimate wedding but staff and guests added to the happiness that we were sharing with each other.

Restaurant, bar, housekeeping and reception staff were always available to assist with anything that we needed to know, from local bus times up to and including the best places to visit, and also gave honest opinions if somewhere wasn't worth the time it would take to go to.

The food choices were always excellent and with a huge variety of food at every meal time, it ensured we never went hungry, I fact we were mostly too full to want to move.

We will definitely be visiting Thalassa again, we cannot recommend this boutique hotel enough. We look forward to meeting our new friends again.
