Here on a three week holiday. Excellent resort with excellent accommodation and food. Plenty sunbeds. Just what you need on holiday. Staff are hard working and very friendly.

Lovely week here all inclusive. Food exceeded expectations and the apartments are great too. If you get a view of the sea, the sunset is unreal. I’d also recommend the massages. Bar is fun in the evening although the entertainment is dire. Good mini market on site although prices are hiked a bit so I’d recommend walking to Coral Bay to the supermarket if you can hack it. Also do go down to the waterfront as the view is stunning especially at sunset.

Clientele is mainly middle aged - elderly Eastern Europeans and Russians.

Very good for price. Nice breakfast and tasty dinner. Good clean rooms, nice staff and great views on sea and mountains. Just one minus it's not first sea line.

What a lovely time away in a relaxed 4 star hotel. Impressed and a little unnerved by how friendly every one was. Even saw the honour having dinner with the chefs next to us. If you miss dinner the bar food is cooked to order and very good. All in all a nice break from winter. Good fun at bar street too. Cheers

Only went in for a drink, can sit by the infinity pool whilst having a drink im the sun. Very good shop on site. Staff were friendly and happy to order us a taxi.

just spent 3 night at ,theo sunset bay holiday village , ,the heating had been switched off in all the apartments (its winter) the built in wardrobe door fell off when i tried to open it, we had different theme nights in the restaurant but sadly it was the same food ,the breakfast i had before leaving for home was totally dried up (i was looking forward to a fried breakfast) sad to say this is not older people or wheel chair friendly what with the hill we had to walk up & down to the hotel/restaurant ,and where the 4 star came from i do not know,so very disappointing ,we were looking forward to a luxury 3 nights away ,the first time i have had a bad stay in coral bay paphos..

Remarkable Hotel

The hotel is perfectly situated in Coral Bay, on of the best locations Ive been to. The hotel suite balcony overlooked Coral Bay and no matter how long you look at that view, its never enough.

The hotel itself is clean, well looked after and the suite have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. A fully fitted kitchen with everything you need, from cooker, microwave, kettle, plated and even the cutlery is provided. Hotel Staff are very friendly.

There's parking and a small mini-market on site too.

Truly a wonderful place to stay

Excellent value for money, clean and well maintained. Pool could do with being a bit bigger and the buffet in the evening can be a bit hit or miss sometimes (more variety in desserts would be especially welcome) but a great place to relax and soak up the sun

Great hotel we were there with family me boy and wife for one week, so that is a great place. Everything was so nice and well so I do not want to explain evrything. Food, staff, hotel, service, GREAT VIEW FROM SWIMING POOL, the people was so kind to us, I dont know what else..Great and wounderful place.

Great apartments, very clean, big rooms, staff fantastic, nice pool could be warmer though! the view is amazing nothing else like it, absolutely stunning. Located between everything and just a 5 minute bus journey to coral bay beach

Stayed at this hotel for a week in September, had a lovely holiday.Staff all very friendly and helpful. Location brilliant, good selection of food at lunch time, only half board so did not eat in the evening. Apartment very clean but basic. View superb !!

Don't know why the hotel has had so many bad reviews as we have enjoyed every second of our stay here, great rooms great pool area and view food was great something different every night , good location and the staff are really happy and helpful would definitely stay here again. Cant wait to come again

A decent hotel, located between Paphos and Coral Bay. Not recommended if you don't have a car.
