The resort is nice, but has a lot of really stupid rules and staff are rude and unhelpful. For example, you cannot get breakfast past 10am. Swimming in the pool is not allowed past 6pm. You ask for simple things such as "can I have an ashtray" or "a coffee" and the staff flat out refuse and even go so far as to lecture you about how busy they are, which is really disrespectful and infuriating, considering how expensive it is.

Wonderful time spent at this hotel, we choose the all inclusive option and were supprised at the great quality of the food. Staff were very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of sports activities to do, particularly Tennis where a large number of guests were getting tuition. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Second stay at this hotel and again we had a wonderful holiday. Staff pleasant and obliging (went out of there way to help). Good variation of food each night. Clean room with a comfortable bed.

Absolutely a great place overall! Our kids loved it. Lots of activities. Excellent food. Fun and friendly staff. Offers everything in one location: Shopping, Spa, Salon, Kids Club (playground, bouncy castles, etc), Animation, and multiple restuarants. Children and families even have a dedicated dining hall.

Beautiful views of the sea. Only downside is that the rooms are out of date and the mini bar left no room for you to use the fridge. Additionally, indoor heated pool could be cleaner. It's ready for a renovation.

Authentic resort, generally clean, great service. Food has good variety and diversity but not always great. Shared spaces are clean but housekeeping definitely doesnt own up to 4stars. It's an old hotel but very well maintained.

Lovely hotel and staff great resort with all amenities. Only one downfall was told through Mercury I would have a special menu as I cannot have any gluten or wheat but this did not happen the chef would come out and say what I could eat on the buffet, but this was not prepared separately so still posed a problem. Other than his very enjoyable holiday.

Great staff in the restaurant and room maids, everyone else rude. Food was nice and good variation although kids food was the same most nights. Facilities nice rooms basic, good location in coral bay about 10-15 minute uphill walk into the town which is doable if your able bodied. Don't think it suits it's 5* rating and extortionate price tag though

Excellent family hotel. Cosy and friendly. Daily theme nights buffet dinners. Small 3 slide water park operating mostly in summer. Lovely location on the beach and with beautiful gardens surrounding the resort.

Booked this resort via secret escapes (flights inc) -amazing value for money! Came here for a relaxing break. Beautiful hotel, with private beach and private harbour! We had a sea view room which was absolutely stunning. Our room was immaculate, the maid came every morning and topped up the toiletries and clean towels. They changed our bed linen also. Decor in room is nice but not very modern. The room was big and spacious.

We had an all inclusive stay, breakfast was great- huge variety on offer every morning. Lunch and dinner the same with a few restaurant options each night! Waiting staff were so friendly and accommodating. Eating area outdoors was beautiful, lovely plants and flowers and also overlooking the sea and the harbour.

Entertainment every night, live musician in the lobby area- saxophonist, pianist, etc. As well as more lively entertainment in a more lively separate bar of the hotel. We noticed the entertainment would probably be more suitable for an older age group than ourselves (mid 20's). Although we still enjoyed it.

We also booked into the spa which was fantastic, great value for money on different spa packages. Spa therapists were very professional and knowledgeable.

Pool area is stunning.. nice big pool! Beach towel service. Two pool bars.

I couldn't fault our stay all. Everything was easy and at our fingertips!

Pathos airport is a £35 taxi ride away, you can get a bus from the hotel to pap how itself. Plenty of local restaurants in the coral beach area. If you like a modern restaurant with panoramic stunning views go to downtown paphos and try Muse restaurant! Great views, service and food!

I would highly recommend coral beach to anyone looking for a relaxed chilled holiday!

We went this October for my Daughters wedding , the hotel was fantastic in my eyes. The staff. Well there was nothing they would not do for us, we went fully inclusive. Its such a relaxed hotel , very comfortable rooms , air con working good. Im a bit of a fussy person with food, but I had no problems. Great food. The service at the bar was exellent, plenty of fun and laughter at the pool. Yes I recommend this place, we booked through TUI, from landing to taking off they were superb. Lovely place ,

Lovely place to stay with amazing views and really friendly staff.

The highlights are the views from the sunbeds, the bars and the private(ish) beach.

The food is what you would expect from a buffet.

The rooms are a bit tired for a supposed 5 star but no complaints really!

Lovely place and would stay again.

Just arrived home after 2 weeks at the coral beach hotel. My son just married at the hotel. 10 of our party including his 4 month old daughter were contaminated with hand, foot and mouth disease. This is confirmed by our own Doctors and 6 of those were children. It's mainly caused by dirty water and the pool was very dirty. We informed the hotel but they were not interested and very unhelpful, the cost of trips to the hospitals and medical centres Including taxis and Doctors coming to the hotel were enormous. The disease presents blisters to the hands, feet and inside mouth so as you can imaging young children don't know how to deal with such pain. The hotel did not put a shut down on pool and left people at risk.On a positive note the waiting staff could not have been more friendly, they are extremely hard working and ready to please at all times. We did not see a Thomas cook rep for 11 days, why?

If you're lucking for an all inclusive, nice scenery and a very relaxed holiday this is the place for you. This 5 star hotel is a lovely place to go, but has its flaws which in my opinion doesn't make it 5 star worthy. The pool areas sun beds are always reserved by people's towels however 25% aren't even at the pool at the time. The staff are very friendly and won't have a problem ordering many rounds of drinks if that's what you go for like myself. The measurements of drinks here don't exist as they have a guess at how much to put in and most of the cocktails are just vodka! Like I said not bad haha.. it's Always hot here and gets even more intense as the day goes on towards 3pm. If you're looking to go self catering here and looking to use the hotels restaurants I wouldn't bother! The price of the food and drinks are ridiculous and will set you back a pretty penny. On the other hand the food is nice for the buffet based restaurants, clean rooms and friendly staff. Not for those who get bored easily as on an evening there's barely anything to do except drink drink drink!

Never a 5 star hotel. Only one main pool. No adult pool. One pool crowded with children. Restraunts average nothing really outstanding. Rooms however are clean and tidy. Great views overlooking the med. Shingle beach mainly some sand but not a lot. Fumes from boats waft over pool area. No entertainment at night unless a person at a piano counts ! Weather is great. But 3 star rating at best. Lots of steps not really suitable to older people.

Great location, bus service into Paphos, nice food and generally friendly service. Only let down by slow bar service at times and lack of avaliable sun beds (as people reserve them with towels even if they never use them).

Lovely hotel in a great location with great views and facilities. Lots of pools to play about in. Lots of restaurants to choose to eat in but some of the staff were very pretentious and unwelcoming if you have children

Was a lovely place to stay. The Spa was beautiful. The staff who worked in the hotel not so helpful. An item got stolen from my room and they did nothing. They said we must of misplaced it but never. They never even said sorry. All i say is be careful of your stuff.
