Really nice and clean.kids friendly and the majority of the staff nice it would have been 5stars if there wasn't so many ignorant holiday makers food good also I highly recommend it.

Hotel is certainly not 4 star. I have been to better 3 star. Room are in need of an update. Large but dated. A positive is the maids do clean on a regular basis.
Poor quality cocktails and alcohol. Limited choices. Disappointing.
Food was the biggest issue. I get budgets but it was never hot. Tepid . Breakfast was not worth a visit even the Jam was tasteless.
Pool area was the best bit but grass was dead as had not been watered
Steps to main bar are a hazzard regular falls due to construction issues. Guests actually hurt themselves. It rained and one bar closed other had water coming in and no contingency plan.
Some staff were friendly others seemed bored and lacked a smile .

The rooms are a little tired but are clean and fit for purpose. The swimming pool is perfect and looks out across the see. It is a perfect location to fully relax. I understand that during the off season 2017-18 there is going to be a full refurb. I would definitely go backwards for a 2 week holiday.lovedvthe place.

I would not say it was 4 star. I was told by the travel agent it was, maybe its a 2 star. The breakfast was ok, the lunch was a no, no and dinner, well what can i say. Some of the staff are rude and not train how to talk to the guest.
The studio was small and dated as far back as the 50. The booking was for 3 adults but we had 2 single and a couch which was dirty and busty and hard. When we ask to change our room to a larger one we were advised we will be charged, after speaking to the travel agent, we were offered a move free of charge, we when and looked at the studio it was the same size as ours. There is so many thinks wrong with this place, no internet anywhere only at the reception area, you have to pay for steam room, and the beach tower
When we arrived and check in we found that the toilet seat was broken, balcony door won't open, the aircondition was not working. The t.v. had 1 channel the News. We did have a good holiday because i have been to Cyprus 5. Would i stay there again No

Room is extremely basic and dated although it does have a small kitchen area. The pool is decent with an outdoor cafe for food and drinks. The staff are all very friendly. I wouldn't recommend this for anything more than 1 to 2 nights due to room conditions. Otherwise the property is nice.

Good place and food ok now and then, rooms abit shabby could do with a upgrade and not enough staff to deal with customers, wanting tea and coffee at night with meal is a big no you have to leave dining room and go to a bar??? Not everyone wants beer and wine with thier meals nice weather pool excellent.. you can join in with games etc if that's your niche.. as a couple would have liked more to be done towards our age aswell..would I come back? yes.. to what we paid I have to say I would if I'd paid over 800 for 7 days it would be a nonice places to visit outside hotel.. coral bay.. paphos.. not cheap but excellent to visit on your own.. cheap buses..

Nice place to stay, only it's a bit far from Perfect, so you need to take a bus or taxi. I recommend renting a car because it's pretty cheap.

Staff are friendly and amazing . regular entertainment all through the day .. pool sports football , volley ball , aerobics , basketball courts and tennis courts local bus to coral bay and the harbour food is incredible it's like going to a fancy restaurant for example roast duck a la orange and chicken and salmon duo .. bingo and live entertainment aswell as dance competitions .. fire tricks , rooms are fantastic extremely clean and maintained air conditioned .. all fun for kids aswell . this is a place you must come to they make you feel so welcome as if you belong here and if you ask me that's what you want to have 100% 5 star all the way

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Akteon Holiday Village just outside Paphos in Cyprus..Paphos itself is very busy, so we were delighted to find that our holiday village was a little oasis of peace and tranquility. We are a retired couple who like to 'self-cater' and have a hire car for the duration of the holiday,so Akteon Village was a superb base from which to explore the historical sites of Paphos, and to venture further into the beautiful Trudos mountains.
The actual ' village' is beautifully laid out in 2 story blocks, surrounded by flowering hedges. We liked the fact that no balconies overlook each other, and consequently are very private. The main swimming pools is very large, and is kept very clean. The pool staff work very hard to encourage the holiday makers to participate in various pool activities.
The rooms, [ours was a studio apartment with a sea view] are very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped for the 'self caterer'! Air conditioning was free of charge, and we did need to use it on quite a few occasions. Our cleaner was great, and keep our room very clean.
All the staff were very friendly, especially Robbie [night security] and went out of their way to be helpful. Bar staff were great and worked very hard.
We ate in the hotel restaurant a few times. The food was delicious, and staff very attentive. The hotel operates a buffet style system, and offers a different themed menu every night.
We shall definitely return to Akteon Village, and hopefully then, wifi will be readily available and free.

Internet too limited. Rooms at lowest acceptable standard. Lots of noise. Do not go there, especially not on business or conference travel.
