Great staff and nice rooms, the rooms are very small tho.
Everything is within walking distance which is nice.
Our flight home is at midnight and check-out already at noon and they charge 50euro to extend the room to 8 hours later, the normal cost for this is 20euro.
The breakfast is OK, but nothing special. So consider not buying all inclusive as there is alot of great restaurants near by.
The food in the lounge area is the same. 12.80 euro for a pre-made/frozen pizza. Go out for lunch and dinner.response / report this review -

Faultless hotel. Nicely decorated modern rooms, clean and very efficient friendly service. This is your best choice for a quality hotel in the centre of Agia Napa. Of course the hotel is not located on the beach and has no sea views but the only reason staying here is to be in walking close proximity to all the nightlife. Walking to the beach is a good ten minutes walk to the Agia Napa harbour. The only drawback is the wake up from the church bells nearby.

Value for money is the key here, if you find a cheap deal it's fine, otherwise save your money! In one end it's a nice hotel, good pool, good location, clean. But in the other end, it's very basic. Basic things like the usage of old towels, the requirement to pay extra for the safe box while you already paid few hundreds, no aircon in the gym and part of the staff that don't understand what is service Taking off the quality of the stay.

We would stay in this hotel againvery modern & clean, maid service with clean towels everyday. If you want a lively atmosphere with all the bars & clubs this is very central & the beach is a 10 minute walk. Buffet breakfast has plenty of choice & there are plenty of restaurants to choose from for evening meal. The people here are very friendly & helpful.

Just returned from our second trip to Napa Plaza, this time for our honeymoon. Once again had a fantastic time from start to end. Rooms are immaculate, food is excellent but the thing that makes this place special is the staff. From restaurant staff, cleaners and maintenance to the friendly welcoming staff poolside. Xenis, Zak, Marianna, Cristina and the gang are an asset to the hotel. First class service, always with a smile.
Complimentary mini smoothies and cold flannels while lounging by the pool with a beautiful chill out area to have a drink and cool down. I cannot fault this hotel apart from we paid to upgrade to' honeymoon suite ' but unfortunately we had no balcony and it was very noisy as it faced directly onto neighbouring 360 bar. It did have a lovely huge bathroom with jacuzzi. The noise did not spoil our stay as we decided of we can't beat them we'd join them and partied till late every night. Fab holiday at a wonderful friendly chilled hotel ideally located for Ayia Napa. We will be back again. Well done Napa Plaza.response / report this review -

A really chilled-out place away from the hustle and bustle but when you're ready to party again, it's all there right on your doorstep just a few yards away. Very relaxed, adults-only place that'll leave you totally refreshed.
If you want pool parties and late night discos, this is not the place for you. But if you want relaxing by the pool with cool cocktails I totally recommend it.response / report this review -

Amazing hotel, could not recommend a Better place to stay, first class service, well maintained hotel food was amazing every time, sushi was up there with my China trip last year it was that good. Can not thank tasoulla yerasimou the reservation lady enough she knows everything and she treated me an my family like 5 star guests. I would highly recommend this hotel and it's amazing staff. Can't find fault will be coming again.
