To say OK,to say it is a very good hotel is not enough !
I have spend my vacation in october 2017 at Livadhiotis City hotel and the fact that I chose to spend the New Year Holidays at Livadhiotis it means that this hotel is one of the best in Europe.

Some of the rooms are with modern design and some not..located right in the heart of the city and 5 min walk from the beach. Nice breakfast, nice service, nice bar.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, clean room and friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast, a little basic but a good start to the day. Only thing that wasn't working was the shower head, but we didn't get a chance to mention it, we will on check out. Good value for money. Great location short walk from the front in Larnaca. Will come again as we travel to Cyprus regularly to visit family so ideal for us. Thanks for a lovely stay.

What an amazing hotel. The staff are so nice and helpful with everything you need. The hotel is clean and breakfast is good. The dinner is the best! They let you choose between so many options of meals and you end up so happy and full! Don't forget to give tip for the Bartender before you leave because he is the one who serves you.

Beautiful value for money hotel.
Definititely on my list for the next time.
I had half board and the food was so delicious.
U can order food anytime its a la carte which is so convenient.

A nice hotel that could undergo through a small refurbishment, thou one morning we were awaken at 8 AM in the sound of drills and grinders. If you intend to stay I recommend you to request specially a room with balcony, there are rooms without one. The beds, form the rooms we saw, are not queen sized but rather two single ones next to each-other. it's the perfect hotel to stay at for it's location, next to the beach (2 min walk) and next to the pubs area (1 min walk). Also in the close proximity there are a lot of traditional restaurants you can enjoy some fabulous Cypriot dishes.
