When you have to deal with over 250 people in your place then you behave to everyone the same and you giving your staff some attitude lessons and that being polite with everyone is the right thing to do. You have food for everyone and you don't allow all 250 people(2 different groups) to go for serving at same time. Clean, cozy cute place but with a lot of minus issues

Has everything you need, and it's run well. Its even better if you meet a guy for a bit of fun and he pays for everything (I NEVER pay for a thing)!! ;)

Good location in heart of Ayia Napa. Not much of a beach. More rocks. Staff were hit or miss. Some great some surly. There are maintenance issues. However we did visit in middle of off season.

I cant believe these israeli people didnt like a place. Probably people with lot of problems in their own heads. The place is really clean, around 150m far from one small beach. 5 mins by bicycle from Nissi beach. 15 mins by foot from center of Agia Napa. Shops and supermarkets, rent a cars etc very nearby. For normal people who know what they pay, pretty cool place. For those pretenders nothing special..

Lovely place lovely people.good if your looking for sun, sea and sand well (pebble beach)
I gave it a 3 because the hotel needs a fair bit of TLC

First week done and its been great, all the staff so helpful and friendly. A bit quiet but sometimes that's not a bad thing. Dino the head barmen is great as well as the entertainment team.

Has just returned home after having a week at the Panas holiday village Was at a friends wedding which was in Dome beach a couple minutes in taxi but wish I could off stayed there instead off here, room was ok a bit dated hotel could do with a BIG refub room was brushed an mopped only cause I seen cleaner doin next room also I had to request my beds changed an request clean towels shower broke had to ring down 3 times before someone came also air con kept goin off but as I say we only slept there as spent most time down at Dome beach food very poor not much to choose from breakfast lived on fried egg toast an beans as NO English sausage or bacon lunch only seen it twice not very good and same at tea not much choice would only say two staff always went out off there way to help Jurgita who worked reception was lovely and Deano was lovely very friendly always found time to chat but other bar staff and waitress even entertainment staff hardly spoke or even looked at u entertainment stuff spoke to me an my 13 year old daughter they day before we was leaving while talking about entertainment was very very poor mine disco for kids played about 3 songs which was same every night really do need to sort it out so glad we was out 5 nights out the 7 pool is fab lovely clean lots of sunbeds 5 mins walk to beach which was lovely had a fab holiday but think it was only because we was with friends at Dome beach an nissi beach most days an nights really does need to take a look at refub food and entertainment program xx

The hotel has a good location and the rooms are spacious however they are really in need of rennovation. The pool is great and the grounds around the pool are well kept. There are plenty of chairs and shade. The staff is not very knowledgable or helpful with activities or restaurants in the area although they did come to fix the toilet quickly and spray the room for ants however this is unacceptable to have ants. They do not provide a safe you need to pay, they do not provide wifi you need to pay, they do not provide pool towels, you need to pay and even they would not helped me make a local call to a restaurant to make a reservation. in short they are cheap.it was an ok hotel but one needs to expect less.

Fantastic holiday. The food was lovely with plenty of choice a themed night every night. The staff were amazing especially Deano and Christos the bar men nothing was a problem with them. Iur room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided with it. This is such good value for money here and we will definatey be returning again next year.

This hotel is rotten and infested with ants and other bugs. It is badly in need of a re-furb. I stayed there for 1 week, not once was my bed sheets changed and not once was my room swept. The air con is turned off during the night. The food is very poor and there is a VERY small selection of choice on the buffet, I dined out most nights as even my daughter wouldn't eat the food there. On the brighter side the staff are very friendly and good with the children.
I would never stay here again, it put a dampener on my holiday, I dreaded going back to sleep there every day.
