Amazing hotel with very professional service.staff is amazingly helpful. Very clean premises located in a very nice sea side location. Food is amazing. We are strict Indian vegetarians but the staff always helped us with our special diatery needs. They also arrange various artists to entertain the guests of all ages in the evenings. Nice bar for those interested and also spacious car park. The owner quietly visits the place to ensure guests are treated to high standards. Each of the staff member here works with great ownership and very caring. Our son had a tummy bug and so they served him necessary food apart from what we had paid for . I will recommend this place very strongly.

Larnaca is very beatuiful and the Hotel was very fine and good for the next yourning and beach was very Important for the Tourist and the food was very good

No beach, middle of no where. 7 km hike to Larnaka or infrequent bus service. No non smoking areas, quirky rules like the pool shutting a 6 pm. No free wifi other than limited lobby area. Beds uncomfortable. On the positive, reasonably well maintained and buffet food is good. Mostly families on all inclusive basis.

february 2017>The cost for the Wi-Fi inside the hotel room was way to much. Free Wi-Fi was only in the lobby area, where you could see half of the tourists sitting all night.
The pool does not have a heating sistem and the sauna and jacuzzi were not working.
The walls between the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything.
On the bright side the food is very good and the rooms are pretty comfortable (if your neighbours are out).

All inclusive with my girlfriend. On my 2nd day. Hotel is amazing rooms lovely, staff great. Apart from them being 1 sleezy one thats eyeballing my girl. Thats not the hotels fault.

Only reason i give 4 stars is that its all inclusive yet thats not exactly true as when i went the bar only select drinks were available. Whats the point of that???

Locatie Excellent location and hospitable, rich and diverse breakfast have large and spacious rooms, the people at reception can help you with any questions.Exist bus stop right outside and good restaurants -supermarket
Beach front hotel seemed to me small and narrow
The hotel is ideal for families with young children because they have a beautiful pool and attractive for them
There is free internet only in the front lobby reception
A hotel that knows and knows everyone in Larnaca and Aya Napa that is the road that connects Larnaca, Aya Napa and between other cities and tourist spots taking the bus right outside,I mean those who run public transport and taxifrom Larnaca airport to the hotel and the hotel's front Aya Napa ticket is 1 € 50 cents per person
watch carefully is the transportation program and do not miss the last bus or you'll take a taxi and it is not cheap.I it happened in a Aya Napa and had to take a taxi from the center is only my wife I asked 55 € but we negotiated and brought us up in front of the hotel 40 €

We spend 7 nights at this hotel, I would never think that there will be such a beautiful place in Cyprus!!!!
Very good location and very nice beach. I can imagine how beautiful this place would be during the season.
All staff very friendly especially Loris, Christos, Pantdis, Lyda, Veronica The rooms was very cleanthe food so wonderful, thanks to chef Vladimiros :)
I strongly recommend The Princess Beach Hotel for everyones full happiness :) :)

Staff:

Staff not willing to go the extra mile to make guest's life easier. For instance, when I was leaving I asked where I could fill up my water bottle (had two infants with me and had a long drive back). The girl at the counter simply responded that it wasn't possible to fill up the bottle. This really left me disappointed.

Some of the staff do not speak good English, which can make it a bit difficult.

The hotel:

Physically very attractive, lovely pool with a bridge going over it (though I didn't see anyone use it at the time), plenty of sunbeds, chairs and tables.

Generally very well maintained. There were some walls where the paint has cracked, but considering it's not a 5* hotel, it's not a big deal.

Room size was decent.

Large car park with space for over 50 cars to park free of charge.

Some of the rooms need to be accessed by going outdoors first then re-entering via a different entrance. Not pleasant if it is cold or rainy.

Facilities:

Wi-Fi. Whilst they do offer wi-fi, it's only free to use in the lobby area. For this reason, many guests bring their laptops etc. and watch movies in the lounge area. You have to pay extra to have it in your room.

Restaurant size is very big (we only used it for breakfast).

There is a souvenir shop inside and I believe there is a games room, too (though didn't see anyone use it).

Staff are lovely, food is great but entertainment is basically non existent, you have to ask them to do activities although they do Zomba in morning without question, water sports on the beach are very expensive, 15 mins on jet skis for 45 Euro, water sports on hotel pool don't exist, made our own games up but overall can't knock the weather.
