Brilliant
Special mention to entertainment manger. Arrived around 11pm hungry and tired She explained where to get food across road and give us a quick resume of the area. When we got in room fridge had water sandwiches and cake in. Not a banquet but had next day for lunch
Rooms could be bigger but clean with daily maid service.
Choice and quality of food excellent. No one can complain about no English food available.
All staff were brilliant and seemed to have pride in their work.
Definitely will be back. Speaking to people who had stayed there for 12 oy more years so that says it all really

Very clean rooms has everything you need for a comfortable stay-tea and coffee facilities in the room huge bed additional pillows table and chairs I side as well as outside on the balcony and a fridge. Has a shower and bath reasonably modern and complete with all the things you need, shower gel, shampoo, moisturiser. The food is buffet style with choice so even fussy eaters will find something at mealtimes. Not 5* but also not 5* money. Very good value for what you pay. Happy to recommend it and stay again.

Many russian visitors. Small pool. You have to pay 3€ per day to get a place on the beach. Everything is a little old and used so no honeymoon location. Ok if you get a good rate and just stay for a few days but do not expect middle european 4 star. More like lower 3 star but good location. Average food comes from the buffet. If you dont like the taste, there are many good restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is selfserve with coffee from a machine and no service.

I don't understand how anyone with a free will can stay at this hotel. During daytime the hotel animation team annoys the entire Sandy Bay Beach area with their loud music and at nicht their absolutly terrible and way,way,way too loud singers/animators keep everyone (even in the surrounding) Hotels awake until 12pm. Ignorant place, don't stay here!

Do not rent a room here. The staff is terrible. The restaurant is a disgrace. Old furniture, used out, low customer care and no interest in the visitors feedback. The bar crew is good, however, it cannot compensate for the lack of communication and the waiters will let you die of thirst before asking you if you need something. Great view and close by the beach. Cats are everywhere as you can see in the picture

First time to Cyprus and to the Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel, I can honestly say it's been the best holiday yet! A big shout out to Mollie Penny Phil and Paul for not only being great entertainers but being a great a group of people, it wouldn't have been the same without them. Thank you for a great week, it's going to be a hard one to beat! Napa 2k17

Hotel not far from beach,staff are nice n friendly food brilliant mix between cypriot n other world dishes n the sunny weather is great
