Very good breakfast. Modern rooms. Large pool on the sea side. It was difficult to convince the reception staff to put our bikes on the lugage room.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, nice service, shame they don't provide pool towels. 50 € for the mini fridge for a week is a bit steep. But all around a good hotel at a perfect location.

Really good aircondition and rooms seem newly renovated. They could have gotten five stars if the breakfast was better, if it was one big bed instead of two put together, and if the shower in the room had more water pressure. But really fantastic location with access directly to the beach and harbour.

Spend here 4 days, couples holiday.
Cons: not so good shower stream
The curtain doesn't block entirely the light in the morning.
Pros: very clean room, modern design, excellent air conditioning, big comfortable bed, fridge, safe.
very good breakfast - lots of variety every day.
Excellent location - 10 min walk from the party area (which is good, not to loud), lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets whithin walking distance.
Friendly and helpful staff (they provide charcher adapter for 2 euro deposit.)
Overall, a very high standard hotel- we really enjoyed: )

What a lovely hotel right on the harbour and nice beach. It is a quite and relaxing place away from the busy bars. Food is gorgeous with 2 restaurants one being Chinese food and the other a seafood/Italian. I recommended a pool view room.

Nice stay, large and clean room. Food needs improvement. Prefer not to eat at the restaurant (only breakfast).

Clean comfy rooms with large balconies. Hotel is very central. Wifi should get a speed upgrade. Overall a nice experience.

One word: racist. Me and my friends one week holiday was nearly ruined by the staff here. The females receptionist & manager offered the worst welcome. There was mouldy 'complimentary' food left in our room when we arrived. Other things that happened were cleaners would come into room when told not to and when we were not in, our driving licenses disappeared from our rooms, they would go near our things without telling us, we were locked out of our room for nearly 2hrs cause the key and room door they gave us was faulty & they wouldn't fix it. Wifi was not free as advertised. The extra bed was a hard sofa bed, that was not sleepable. The only nice staff was one of the night security guards. The only good thing about the hotel was the scenery and look of it. Posh looking but the worst service. Everywhere else in Ayia Napa made us feel so welcome, we made many friends in our short stay in Ayia Napa, but Limanaki Beach Hotel was the worst hotel in the whole place. Other people weren't even surprised when we told them how bad they were treating us. I guess we wasn't the first and won't be the last.

This hotel is not even near to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel itself is good and the location is also nice, but the service is very poor.

Great location with just about everything within walking distance. The 'city' / village centre was about 5-10 minutes walk, mostly just a bunch of supermarkets/gift shops and restaurants/bars though.

Rooms were modern and roomy, ours (supreme type) included a very large balcony with personal sunbeds and a parasol, which was great for relaxing in the cool afternoons. Rooms were cleaned and beds were made daily in between 12:00-15:00

The hotel pool / sunbathing area was nice and relaxing, also very family friendly, and Pantahou Beach was just 200m away.

Great staff and service, bartenders knew their drinks! There was also a coffee bar (The Coffee Beanery) that knew how to make proper coffee in many variants.

The food however, at the hotel restaurant (Limanaki Fish Restaurant) left much to be desired. At the very least avoid the dinner buffet (which was included in our stay) as it was mostly overcooked / dry meat in a variety of greasy sauces. We also tried ordering once from the menu, but were very disappointed.
Breakfast buffet (also included) was OK, but still just the bare minimum a decent hotel should offer.

I would suggest going out for lunch/dinner as there are plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity with much better food, and often at better prices.

Food aside I can easily recommend this hotel.
