    Hi,

We went as a couple in Mai!

    For adults only (DELUXE WING):
-The upgrading was amazing and so elegant, the sea view was so beautiful, really a perfect room, where we can relax and enjoy Adams Beach Hotel and Nissi Beach that have the most blue and clear water.!
-Katarina Christou, Guest Services Supervisor = SERVICE :) !

-The only negative is English speaking, among the staff at the hotel. Expected better, but we got through.

Horrible management! They don’t care about your booking ! What ever you wish they change it as they like ! The room was booked a month ago , but at the reception they say we are fully booked and there is no rooms ! They can t provide the room you booked ! And it was not with me only , many other guest were in the same troubles! The front office manager is very nasty and impolite person! It’s not 5 stars hotel at all ! Service in the areas is also need to be improved! Only one place was very good - Glasshouse Restaurant! On the top level ! Thanks to director of the restaurant for extra care and help !

    2 Star customer service
2 Star Board (meals included no drinks)
    4 Star beaches
    5 Star kid friendly

1 MB/s internet speed included (faster packages are available)

It's a 3 star hotel in my opinion. Room looked nothing like the photos featured on the website. Could have spent the same amount of money elsewhere and had a better experience.
One of the five meals was decent from the only restaurant that was included in board. Customer service left a lot to be desired. If you get a free drink voucher be at the bar to receive it at exactly the time stated I was 17 minutes late and was denied my free drink.
If you have children you will probably have a much better experience as there are dozens of activities planned for kids. The beach owned by the hotel is free from nudity, Nissi public beach is not.

Over all very friendly, breakfast is average yet pool area, water slides ,beach area ,bars & shows are fabulous. The 2 floor suite is very comfortable , the kids are nice& cozy downstairs with all that's needed & the upstairs is intimate & private with a great view to the pool area& the Mediterranean beach. Would recommend it to family& friends.

Really nice hotel. Outdoor area is fabulous. Lazy river, slides and low pool areas for kids are great. I really liked the pool bar also with cocktails and snacks. Liked the beach area
With nice clear sea. Great food in all restaurants even the breakfast have a vast selection.

I had good time in the hotel the only reason i rated it so low is extra charge for mini bar use when i didnt use any of the items there. staff refused to check back the mini bar to indicate whats wrong with it.
so if you stay in this hotel take care of your minibar. maybe staff steal from it . Shame!!

I have to say I was severely disappointed with the entire experience at Adams beach hotel. The service was abysmal, the place is run by teanagers that dont speak English or Greek and stand around giggling and joking instead of serving. The rooms are falling to bits - The elevator is like a sweat box (At least install a fan) - The food is atrocious - Definitely wont be going back there.

Great beach and pool, nicely positioned, with plenty of options. The hotel itself is well maintained, but could be cleaner. The food is mediocre, with the lunch and dinner buffet laking anything special. Staff friendliness and helpfulness coul also be higher. Overall a good everience, but certainly not five-star.

The loaction and the rooms were excellent! But the wifi, food and the cleaning was really weak. I think this hotel doesn't deserve 5 star. The receptioner was rude to my family, i think the people who work in the hotel are rasict! I really don't recommend this hotel.. the breakfast is always the same every morning, really boring 🙄 the orange juice is 10/6. no excuse in the island of orange!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the dinner was good i give a 10/9. The maids were nice, only that really disrespectful receptioner!

So,the location is perfect and the beach is nice. But the swimming pools are dirty, and no one cleaning them. The room service is poor, the floor is always really dirty, and they never change the sheet, even when my sister had a periodThe food is rarely fresh, and the reception is rude, when we check out,she added extra charges, and at the end we were the one who apologize.

Adams Beach location is perfect. We had a wonderful sea view at Nissi Beach and the hotel territory, which, btw, includes several swimming pools, private beach and even a chapel. The food is very good too. So why just 4 stars? Some rooms are old-fashioned and need renovation. The room service is bad, to be honest. You will not see your room perfectly clean. And don't expect that your bed-sheets will be changed at least once in 3 days. This is impossible in Adams Beach, even if the sheets are dirty. What else? You get free water on the arrival days. The rest of the days you are not supposed to be thirsty, so no water.

We were there for first time. Lovely weather, lovely, friendly staff. Try rennovated superior rooms on the 3rd floor. We were on half board. Dinning at Dionyssos restaurant. Excellent not only theme buffet nights, and A La Carte restaurants. Lovely beach area, very clean place.

A decent place for a family vacation.
A nice hotel with extensive swimming pools and a nice private beach. Rooms are good, not fabulous, but high in terms of Greek standards. Very stingy at dinner, won't even give you water unless you pay. Bummer.

The glass house restaurant in the fifth floor is fantastic. Pricey but you get what you pay for. If you can get a seat outside on the terrace then do so. Most of the lifts from reception only go to the fourth floor. But one does go to the fifth. Its dark and shiny inside then place but it's a great experience

Good hotel, friendly staff (mostly), good location, lots of facilities (including lovely swimming pools and a private beach - though I must say that the public Nissi beach is much nicer than the private hotel beach). Rooms are a good size and the restaurants serve decent food. Breakfast time is not one of the best times though. The utensils were not as clean as they should be, the tea area was a bit of a mess and the whole restaurant generally felt very busy. Other than that, good hotel, would recommend.
