Very clean hotel, rooms cleaned every day with lovely staff, extremely helpful and close to all centre with all the restaurants, 5 minutes from the sea.
The food was average, different dinner every day(eg Asian, Greek, Italian).
Breakfast was the same every day, we did not quite like that.
Gym never opened and pool opening times very short(at 6pm it’s still hot and sunny).
As for the price, it’s a good hotel but needs some improvements- breakfast and longer opening times for pool.response / report this review -

Brilliant hotel very close to Ayia Napa centre 5 min walk lovely rooms very clean and spacious lovely friendly staff would definitely come back

The only reason I would stay here again is because of Gary at the front desk and Nikkos the bartender. They legitimately made my stay and vacation enjoyable. Gary made sure we were well taken care. He was our dad away from home. Nikkos always had a smile on his face and hung out with us when he could. The downside to our stay was, we found out we only got fresh towels every three days, they do not have pool towels and you cannot use your bath towel as your pool towel. I was unaware of this completely and when I asked the manager for fresh towels, it became a huge ordeal. She angrily gave me one fresh towel but my friend was with me as well in the room so another lady that worked there talked her into giving us another fresh towel. The food was not great. I ate at the hotel twice. The wifi was not working at all during the stay which was annoying. They give you an option to pay for premium wifi but I heard that wasn't even worth it so I would only have phone service at night when I went out. I enjoyed the location because it was far enough away from the strip madness but close enough that it was nice to walk back from a night out. I would stay there again but only because of the relationships I built while staying there.

Nice hotel near the centre of Ay. Napa and the beach however the price of the room does not match up with what you get!

Bad Entertainment, the gym could have been better, not comfy beds for two, some of the Foods was the same all the time and the veggies was old, some of the staff looked bored and was not happy but they were nice. Overall a 2-3 star hotel. If you a person that likes to have a hotel near the beach and just go there back and forth without staying so much at the hotel, then this hotel is for you, but if you like staying at the hotel most of the time then you should switch the hotel. The pool is good there, very big. The biggest issue me any my wife got into was when we were checking out from the hotel, the staff there wanted a fee of 4 Euros for nothing. They said we wanted water but that wasn't true, we bought our own water and took it with us. This hotel can be perfect, and it's important that the staff listen to these Reviews and take this with them. We will visit this hotel in the future to check if things is better.

Great staff, close to the beach and harbour. Good food, close to town only 35 minutes in a taxi to airport. Nice spa, hotel entertainment is not the best if you even need it!!

Small family run hotel with pleasant surroundings close to the beach and Aiya napa night life. Staff are very friendly and go out of there way to help. Pool area clean and tidy with comfortable sunbeds. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Отдыхали осенью 2014. Отличное время, т.к. народу меньше, чем в пик туризма, но и не мало. Отель расположен в хорошем относительно тихом месте. 3 минуты и вы на центральной улице "баров и ресторанов" Айа-Напы, 5 минут и вы на пляже. Отель хороший. Уборка каждый день, шведский стол вкусный и разнообразный. Ставлю 4 звезды, т.к. нам не дали выбора бронирования номера и по приезду оказалось, что наш номер на 1 этаже с видом на парковку. Было немного некомфортно, т.к. близко располагался тротуар - постоянно занавешивали шторы. Но это было настолько незначительным, потому что мы в номере не сидели.

Отель свою трешку в звездах вполне держит. Гид от библио глобус Катя, совсем не навязчивая. Рассказывает про экскурсии, однако и дает советы как лучше. Жили с ребёнком на первом этаже в большом номере. Угловой номер. Думали будет шумно. Изоляция хорошая. Для сравнения номера на втором и выше этажах гораздо уже и менее удобные на примере ванной. Есть кондиционер и балкон в каждом номере.Территория отеля небольшая но очень ухоженная. Есть бассейн. Лежаки входят в стоимость. Еда отличная. Были на полупансионе. Каждый вечер новая кухня. Всегда вкусно. До пляжа 5 минут пешком. На пляже лежаки платные везде. До центра города 5 минут пешком. Персонал приветливый. Не очень повезло с горничной. Иногда по мелочам забывала то полотенца положить, то чай.
Большой минус отеля - платный WiFi. Оккупировал себе по близости WiFi в кафешках.response / report this review -

Small hotel, yet convenient. Tends to be occupied by Russian holiday makers. Really close to the centre 5 mins to 10mibs from bars. One bar close that does play loud music but you can not hear it from the far side of the hotel (not sure about closer side as I was furthest side). Fully air conditioned rooms with each room recently furnished and some still being updated. No general view of the sea, but a good view of the town and pool should you be pool side. Watch out for food que jumpers! Gym has 2 machines but multi equipment/ usages. Great pool facility with kid pool and also shaded play area was never busy during day and no need for towel wars. People tended to go out of hotel than stay by pool. 2 convenience stores opposite and a mini chemist. All in all great hotel good value for money.
