I stayed 2 time at this beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean and big, bad was so comfy. It is so close to the beach and it is really enjoyable experience staying there. Food was excellent, so tasty and delicious. Employeess provide exceptional service, their warmth and hospitality is unmatched. They made my stay very memorable. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s really fantastic and very affordable.

Used to be an old hotel called Villa Cuba and now it’s a Be Live. The food was terrible there’s only 2 restaurants (French and Japanese) and you need to make a reservation for them between 2-3 pm. if not you are stuck eating buffet food which didn’t taste good at all. Boyfriend got sick. Also , since their washers didn’t work the towels in the bathroom didn’t get changed not even once. Bed bugs and really bad lighting in the bathrooms. Stay away from here!!!

We stayed at this hotel in November of 2017. It was a great time, weather was always nice. We stayed in the little hotel rooms closer to the beach. Our room was heavily smoked in, that was the only downfall.

Staff is amazing here, always on top of their game and remembering everyone.

Burger joint for snacks by the pool was the best food.

Cameraman tour is a must! (get the lobster lunch appetizer)

Me and my girlfriend had a very nice stay here! Our room was spacious and clean and the staff were great. The buffet food isn’t top notch but there’s a place you can get a tasty lunch! The entertainment was fun and you could take out some boats for fee.

4* star hotel, but realistic max 3*
It is not luxury hotel and everyone has to realized this fact.
We were satisfied and we spend here more than 2 weeks, although hotel looks older and rooms need renovation. But everything was clean, maid cleaned the room eached day, towel were changed after 2 days.
Food was ok, sometimes I add bit of salt/pepper. There were many kinds of meals: sea food, beef, pork, fish, rice, potatoes, pizza, everyday fresh fruit and vegetable, ham, cheese, ice creamalways many thinks to choose. Behind the pool bar is a fast food corner, all the day you can get hamburgers, hotdogs, sandwiches.
There are 3 all inclusive bar, in the hotel is lobby ( best barman Mr Evidio) bar opened all the day, near the pool os pool bar opened morning-evening and beach bar. Beach bar is about 100 m far away from the beach.
Beach is near the hotel, about 5 minutes.
Staff in the hotel was nice.
There is wifi only in the hotel hall/reception, you have to buy the ticket for 1 hour.
We were satisfied and I have no problem to visit place again.

It was a nice place to go relax after traveling around the country. We were there three nights only and all the restaurants were fully booked so we ate at the buffet every meal which was probably best while traveling with two kids under two. Pool for kids/toddlers, mini club house with babysitting was great. Nice beach

The food was pretty good for Cuba, lots of variety and always keeping the trays full. The pool was always very clean and so was the resort in general. We stayed in the left wing which was apparently recently renovated so the rooms were quite nice. I would consider this a very quite family resort, or at least that was the impression I got while staying there, I'm not sure of different times of year. There was 2 all cartes, Asian was especially good. Lots of chairs around the pool and bars. The beach had lots of chairs and there was a lifeguard walking the stretch of beach. Live music every night was fantastic. Enjoyed our stay here for 2 weeks.

I like it it was close to the beach and the food was ok and it was clean.The only problem we had is that we booked a house like right beside the villa Cuba hotel there was bugs everywhere and it was so dirty we had to live in the hotel.So if you guys book a house just be careful!! other wise everything is good.

I stayed about 4 years ago. It was the worst hotel I have stayed at. I was very sick from the food. There was a terrible smell. I was very sick the entire time. People were not friendly.

We stayed here awhile back, but I remember being quite happy with the resort. The pool was great and the staff was very friendly. The beach was really nice too and stretches on forever!

Started the stay with dirty sheets Not the best first impression Pool area was nice, food was okjust same everyday gets old very quick Entertainment was not to great Same dancing show almost every night.

I suggest to stay at the Hotel part and not a Cassa as those cassas are very old and rundown.

The staffs during the night of our arrival was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately finding our room on the other hand was a tad bit difficult to locate since they did not tell us that our room was actually one of the villas close to the beach. There are daily entertainments near the pool area and a couple different restaurants in the hotel (other than the buffet place), which is nice. It's filling, but not the the greatest food. Best to exchange your money at a bank than at the hotel (it can be a big difference in current exchange). Free wifi is located near the front desk of the hotel, but it's very slow. They have an A/C (broke down on the second day, but they fixed it fairly quick). Bathroom was super hot for some reason and needed to keep the door closed to keep our room cool when the A/C was on. Our room was a decent place to stay since we were only there during the nights to sleep. Overall, unless you're planning to stay in your hotel room during your vacation this place is not bad :) Enjoy!

Not the greatest place. Very friendly staff. Beautiful beach. Inexpensive, so you get what you pay for. Food wasn't greatest. It was o.k. at best. The fun is in Vardero. Bring plenty of money. 300 Canadian gave me back only 204 CUC ( convertible pesos). The Scuba Diving is AMAZING but expensive. Dove the bay of pigs and Coral beach. Loved it! Dove with Varadiving good equipment and transportation/people.

I traveled for the first time to Cuba this year and stayed at hotel Villa Cuba and what an experience I had! I happened to travel alone and because of the friendly staff at hotel Villa Cuba - I had an amazing time! Everyone who worked there from the wonderful people behind the bar to the charismatic entertainers - they all made my stay at the resort a memorable one! It was incredibly easy to meet so many people from all over the world and there wasnt a single that didn't leave me with a story to tell!
Be Live Experience / Hotel Villa Cuba - I definitely recommend it!
