  the hotel is good for the price, the food was ok especially when you are looking for local and cuban native food, if you thinking to go to this hotel be sure to carry your own toliet paper with you, aparently the employers keep it for them and dont suply the paper in your room, you have severals times to request it at the front desk, the Hotel is in front of the beach, it is a good point for them.
  
  The staff some of them are rude, and some of them are nice, the staff at the front desk are always rude and with a kind of bad move; however, most of the staff will become friendly.

  We went for 4 days the rooms were horrible and the toilet was leaking, place was run down and the food horrible!! On the side of entertainment Jordan and his brother was the best part about the trip. They made sure we had fun and went out of their way to show us a good time please tip them well, these guys really are honest, hardworking and love what they do- will go back just for them

  Ok-ish for European standard. Location 10/10, but cleanliness 6/10
  The personnel is ok, sometimes nice sometimes grumpy.

  Service was excellent! The director and her assistant were great, they went out of their way to please us. The room was clean and the food was decent. Entertainment every night

  It is a great cheap holiday. Be warned, the place is dated and very "Cuban". The food is fresh, but repetitive and, again, "Cuban".
  The beach however is gorgeous. That is the real reason we go. The rest, ehh.

  Dopo aver trascorso 15 giorni ( 17/2/17- 5/3/17 ) in questo Hotel nonostante tutto il buonismo che posseggo, non posso parlarne bene. A me e mia moglie hanno dato una matrimoniale nell'Edificio Imperial (Coloniale stanza 116) ad una nostra amica la 118. Le stanze erano grandi ma avevano le finestre che non si potevano aprire, l'intonaco delle pareti a penzoloni, le pareti umide, il letto traballante con il copriletto pieno di macchie, il frigobar pieno di ruggine e non funzionante, e per finire l'odore che veniva dal ristorante sottostante era nauseante. Dopo 10 giorni di sopportazione mi sono deciso ad andare a reclamare dal responsabile della Tour Operator" Press Tour" il quale (persona gentilissima) è andato subito a parlare con il Direttore del'Hotel che ci ha cambiato stanza dandoci una molto grande e molto bella. Per quanto riguarda il mangiare non posso che essere d'accordo con altre recensioni ( Durante: PESSIMO; Fassoni: ORRIBILE). Basti pensare che gli ultimi 5 giorni, nonostante fosse tutto All inclusive, le cene le abbiamo fatto in un ristorante vicino" LA VICARIA", sobbarcandoci una ulteriore spesa. Dulcis in fundo, il viaggio di ritorno è stato rimandato di un giorno perchè l'aereo della NEOS aveva dei problemi. Mai più NEOS e tanto meno Hotel Los Delfines. GUARDARE LE FOTO PER CREDERE

  I wouldn't stay here until actual renovations are done. Sliding doors screeched, windows were off tracks, got locked out and had to change rooms, shower head jumped off with change of pressure, the faucet was wonky and the list goes on. Staff was friendly, food was blah (ice cream was delish) beach was stunning, DJ was awesome, weather was incredibly hot.

  Good staff but the hotel was in bad state of repair with windows and doors not closing properly and missing light bulbs. The food was average and on the cold side. There's no way I would be happy paying full price. For the 50 per night I paid it was ok value.
