we just got back and had a great time the staff, food and all hotel area were great. especially Yoelis Felix Pedro and Douglas were working non stop to make sure everyone was included in the games and fun

We had a wonderful time in this hotel in Varadero at the end of our tour in Cuba! Friendly people, the food and drinks are good, our room was perfect and clean and the swimmingpool is great!

Views were breathtaking, food was pretty terrible, the A/C in my room was broken and noisy so it was uncomfortably hot, there are a decent amount of activities, services and events to choose from

The resort it's definitely one of the nicest ones I've stayed at .
We went for our daughters 18th birthday and they enjoyed it a lot ! Obviously it's Cuba they have the best beaches but the food it's not he best But the best food in any Cuba resort I've had !

Upon arriving wife gave hotel manager a gift and we ended up in a new condo unit first floor on the beach. Took a pic of the cleaning lady and gave her the old digital camera and excellent service throughout the stay. Gave the bartender at our pool an old camera and had the best service and drinks for the remainder of our stay. The food was bland but good and healthy. I brought a bottle of Derkies hot sauce with me. Rented a motor scooter in the next resort over $20/day ins. included and saw the real Havana back streets. Met a lot of people from all over Canada at our resort and had a great stay. Gypsy from Montreal, Stan the Pirate from Toronto, Art the Diplomat from Ottawa, Beachcomber Townsend from England and others. We made lots of friends and had some great times at this resort. They had lots of locals entertaining nightly which was good for our nightly pre-parties. You have to make your fun if you don't like to sit by the pool or beach all day long. Sailing was boring, they dont let you take the boat out on your own. Nice clean beach and warm water. Before leaving 4 bags of coffee and 2 bottles rum delivered to our unit at a really good price I would go back to this resort. We left half our clothes with the staff, grounds keepers and security.
