Avoid! Only thing going is the location. Food was bland and overpriced and better options around the corner.

great service, the bar and restaurant have excellent food and excellent drinks, and great prices. The hotel staff is friendly and keep the place clean. The pool is nice and clean. Will definitely stay at the OZ again. My luggage was loss by the airline company and Management at the hotel went out of their way to help me get my luggage. they definitely saved my vacation. Thanks so much for everything. Will be back to the Costa Rica and will stay at the OZ

Well we came with 11 people and brought the fish we caught that day. After sitting an hour and 145 minutes all of us wasn't servered. The manger came over and said u have to understand you are a large group. We were the only one eating in the restaurant. The food was so-so . It's a pubs food no more. In the end we didn't get ours meals and left.

Staff was friendly and rooms were decent, but nothing to get excited about. Reasonably clean and safe but kinda old and runs down. Amenities were somewhat lacking but it did the trick for a last-minute single night stay.

Best location in town. You won't find a better meal any where else. Top notch chef in the kitchen. Even cooked our catch of the day up better than I could ever imagine! Clean roomy rooms. Walking distance to all the best spots. You can't go wrong here! Planning to return every year now!
