Good hotel to stay in Shanghai. Professional and friendly staff. Near to a convenience store which makes your stay more comfortable. Great breakfast selection at Shanghai Bistro and nice executive lounge.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to a cruise from Wusongkou port. Excellent service and food. Location is great, in the heart of Shanghai. The service in the lounge was exceptional led by the French born manager. Rooms are well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

near this hotel there are few halal restaurant and noodle shop.easy for muslim to find halal food. hotel interior and facilities are good also.

I was visiting China back in October and found this hotel through a travel website. I was very happy with my choice, the amenities throughout the hotel were great. The room itself was very clean and up to date (I loved the shower in our room!). The location is great, the customer service is awesome and the hotel atmosphere was overall very good.

My only reasoning for 4 stars is they did not clearly label items that were for purchase in the room. Maybe my fault for not knowing or asking, however I feel they should be labeled better.

Overall great, and I definitely recommend this hotel.
