It took more than 10 minutes to check in, due to the staff said there is problem with system.. Other than it, guest have to use their room cards to access their level when using the lift. There is a shopping mall about 5 minutes malls.

Lovely modern hotel. I was in a suite which was huge. The location was good, right next to a metro station and not far from the maglev.

in a suite on 11 floor and room was great, staff speak English and very helpful, room service was decent too. lounge is amazing as ismuseum and scaffolding thing next to this place is a cafe too. wifi is good bit slow (HD youtube video over vpn buffers every couple of mins) tv has inputs so bring HDMI as very few English channels. also speakers in every room so aux cable an idea(don't need this with Chromecast )

Very English-speaking friendly. Remarkably pleasant and helpful staff. Good food that spans a variety of cuisines for when you're feeling adventurous or when you need something familiar to fall back on.

Stayed in this hotel for almost a week. Pretty far from the center of the city (20/30 min ride), but very close to conference place. One of the biggest bathrooms I've been with a very nice top floor view. One of the best and nicest lobbies I've been to.
