Maybe just bad luck but very poor service with a few employees who seem to that you are an inconvenience as a guest. Quite strange. Anyway will not know if it is a one off as I am not coming back.

Good hotel, very convenient when attending an event at SIEC. Very nice and fairly spacious rooms, good & free WiFi . The gym is amazing - huge with large selection of high-quality equipment. Breakfast is unfortunately slightly below par for a 5-star hotel: Limited selection of jams and cold cuts, small selection of dumplings. Egg station is ok.

Great hotel in a good location. Connected directly to the conference building for the convention I was attending. Plenty of restaurants and such nearby. Nice view of the city.
