Loved the hotel. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The location was great for walking around a beautiful area. Rooms were simple but lovely with great design. Breakfast room was perfect, naturally lit and inviting.ceiling of our room, constellation fairy lights on ceiling

The location of the hotel is perfect. Within walking distance of all main areas to eat and shop. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very relaxing. Free travel ticket for use on buses and trams which saves a lot money. Free wifi which actually works really well. Overall we loved our stay here. Would definitely come back.

Only negative was that our double room was 2 single beds pushed together. Not very comfortable for couples.

Really nice hotel, from the moment we got there the staff were really accommodating. It was also nice to be given free unlimited Wi-Fi and a free travel card to get around the the city. It's within walking distance to restaurants and bars, as well as having a restaurant and bar on site. The grounds of the hotel itself are beautiful and there are multiple areas to sit within the grounds. Would recommend.

Enjoyed our family stay, the hotel is clean, staff are great and good location.
Cannot complain about anything other than no air conditioning which we knew in advance.
Thanks to the hotel staff for making our Basel stay a pleasant one.

We stayed in the hotel for one night. The room was very clean and specious. There is a nice garden around the hotel - very quiet area. The staff was very kind and helpful, English speaking.The location is great - few minutes walking from the historic center, and very close to the bus station for the airport.

The hotel is one I have stayed at previously but did not realise on booking that I had been there before. Spacious and clean with good amenities. Breakfast was ample. I found that it was very quiet and away from the street. It has what appear to be nice grounds.

I would recommend the hotel bildungszentrum 21. It was very easy toget tofront mman the airport not the 50 bus. There is a supermarket near by and Gingi vegan store is close too. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. There is free coffee and tea. The servicehas been helpful and we received a public transit pass for the whole time we are here. The tram see very close so it is easy to travel around the city.
