AC would not turn on, just a fan that did almost nothing. The room felt like a rainforest. Contacted front desk five times about AC and they could not fix it. Seems they do not understand what an AC is supposed to do.

The bathroom in general was not well designed and water splashed everywhere. Shower controls were confusing and there is a picture that is supposed to help you but it is ambiguous. (Take a look at the picture they have posted on the wall. To get a hot shower, you have to turn both knobs counter clockwise.)

Also I do not blame them for this but I experienced several communication issues when talking with the staff in English.

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are really nice, clean and spacious. The food is excellent, the variety in the breakfast is superb, and everything is amazing. The staff is helpful and super friendly. The only negative thing is, that the internet speed is abysmal, they should really upgrade that, as we're already in 2017. Would still recommend this hotel without a thought.

A lovely 5 star hotel that has decent Internet, powerful showers and a very good breakfast. Had a lovely stay will definitely be going back.

A central hotel catering for the exhibition professional . Clean rooms albeit a bit dated but functional . Great in room coffee machine . Staff are very professional and efficient .

The staff is amazing. Super friendly and helpful with any questions or issues. The location is next to the main convention center, the tram stop is called Messeplatz. The room is great. Comfy bed, TV, wired internet station on the desk with retractable cable, fridge, safe, etc.

A centrally located, well-run hotel with kind staff that does a good job at hotelling. Across the street, you can catch trams to anywhere around town, and it's walking distance to most of old town. It just lack a little esthetic value--sort of antiseptic modern.
