The place is located close to local train station. It is not very conspicuous and if not vigilant, you may miss the sign board,. There are a large number of shops nearby where you can buy food. The lift is small and accommodates 3-4 persons. The rooms are clean, provided with mineral water and WiFi. The plus point is good connectivity.

Okay hotel handy for offices in Alstatten area. I had a single room with a single bed and a small shower. Not much of a view either.
A colleague called me on uk mobile and they, reception, told him that they were away from the desk and would call him back and connect to room.
In the morning, checking out, I got a charge is CHF 10.50 on my bill for their call! I refused to pay
Works going on at moment, October 2016 so lift is encased in hardboard,and I was woken to sounds of vacuum cleaners in machine room adjacent to my room 341.
Not a great breakfast and like so many places on this trip, fresh milk is an alien concept with disgusting UHT served.
No fridge in room. No individual soap or shampoo, only those plumper bottles.
Overall, poor value and breakfast CHF 18 bad value too. Not a place, I would choose to stay again.response / report this review -

Small but very comfortable room. Very helpful and polite staff, good food. Good location near bus and team services. Good price too. Why pay more ?

The location is very remote to the city center, but the office I was working is nearby so it just did the job.
The hotel is nothing fancy, actually there were some construction works at the time I was there and I had to take a side entrace to my 3rd floor room, which was strange, but anyway
The room was booked last minute so I got one on the top floor with roof window and no air-con, but luckily it was not that hot.
I asked for several things upon arrival (iron, adapter, toothpaste) and they have delivered everything to the room immediately. Nice job, staff!response / report this review -

Went there for the Beer Festival. The theatre was big and the security people were very friendly. There was a few food stands outside that served amazing food, I want to called out the Taiwanese gua bao which goes amazingly with the beer.

The bed is too soft, so is the pillow. There is now air-conditioning, if you open the window, the noise of cars doesn't let you sleep. The walls are thin, you here everything and are disturbed always. Breakfast is just adequate, not more. It costs too much considering these.
2 stars, just because the staff is very kind, otherwise would it be one star.response / report this review -

Free WiFi provided by swisscom. We were sitting close on the Linden square and the reception worked nicely.
