The view on the riverside is amazing so you have to make reservation on busy season. Staff was friendly, and rooms were simple but comfortable. Great location, easy access to touristic places, transportation and marketplaces.

By the River Rhine with great views from the more expensive riverside rooms and the breakfast room. It has a good restaurant with outside riverside tables in summer. An annexe across the road has a bar called Consum that serves wines beers and simple foods. One of my favourite places to stay. Friendly and with some unique touches like the sparking water tap, tea service, bowl of apples and bookcases on the landings. The breakfasts have great Swiss cheeses and, of course, DIY muesli.

Worth going for a room with river view. Great design down to the detail! The TV doesn't fit in there, but I guess you have to have one nowadays
After the nice experience in the hotel, we decided to have our wedding lunch here. Around 90 people, including kids. Great preparation, planning, support with ideas, decoration, flexible, child care, voucher for guests staying over night, etc. This does not include the experience of the lunch itself, which was amazing. From the aperitif outside at the Rhein, throughout the desert and coffee, it was simply great and our guests loved it!

Had a night over due a lost flight . Very happy after all staying at kraft. Superb service and great designed rooms .

Very nice hotel located near the Rhine river and city centre. Rooms are clean and bright. The hotel stuff are friendly, Each room has lcd TV with a large selections of channels.

I've stayed twice in this hotel, and both times it was quite noisy in the evening. There are pubs with many people in the street in front of the hotel, so you can't open the window, but the most noise is produced by the employees themselves - slamming the doors and running up and down the stairs. The rooms have an old look to it, which I personally don't find all that attractive Otherwise, the food and location is great
