  Racist. They won't serve you in the breakfast area. asked for coffee ten times, 3 days in a row, always told sure, other guests served, I was ignored. I was a paying guest!

  I really enjoyed staying there. I was really welcomed and they put a letter for me which gave me the feeling that they care. I had a business room and they provided me a free minibar and lots of other stuff. Just I did not like the confrence room because it was small without windows. For staying in Basel, I really recommend this hotel.

  I visited this hotel four or five times. The first time I was given a small, dark room in the first floor and I was disappointed. Since then I always asked for a big bright room and the service was excellent all the time. Once I was given a room with access to the roof terrace but the door was locked. I asked them to open it and they did so I had access to the entire terrace. I have to say this is a YES attitude hotel where they always do all they can to satisfy the customer.

  We were charged for breakfast although it was included in our room class, room and location is outdated. It was okay, but I know many better radisson blu hotels.

  Sparse room with little comfort. Filthy, really. Worried about my parents tripping on uneven threshold entering and exiting room, or slipping coming out of the ridiculous tub. Turned out I found myself watching my moves also, especially that horrible tub. Check in was a hassle. Check out even slower. This will be my one and only time with Radisson. Shame on them.

  Quiet, standard rooms. Love the free tram/bus pass. Tiny bathrooms, but very functional. Very central to Basel SSB and the city.

  Centrally located in the city. Very close to the train station. The restaurant and bar are pleasant. Rooms are a bit on the small side but accommodating. Overall a very nice hotel.

  Good hotel. Rooms are small and no gym facilities to speak of. Plus in full European fashion, the gym does not open till 7am which to me it's a bit late. Breakfast is just ok, nothing fancy, but enough to start the day.
