Very friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved (tried better at other Ibises). Unpleasant smell at corridor. Could let guests know tap water is ok to drink, with some cups available in rooms.

Very clean, professional, and an excellent breakfast.
I highly recommend this hotel in the greater Zurich area.
Unfortunately, during our early August visit, our room faced the south-west and the sunshine made our room very uncomfortably hot until long after midnight. Perhaps the hotel has fans they would loan out? We never asked. But I understand that air conditioning is not common in Europe so we were not upset about the heat; it's just European summer.
The attached restaurant is very good for a reasonably priced evening in Switzerland.
All in all, a great value.

Budget option to stay around in Zurich.good customer service,they confirmed my reservation with in half n hour.Breakfast is complimentary during the stay.

The facilities are just fine, room is nice and clean. Well maintained place overall. Few things could make this place even better First, is it difficult in terms of cost, to include a micro-bar in rooms with very basic stuffs like electric water heater for tea/coffee preparation by the guests. Along with some basic snacks like peanut, or cashew or some cookies !! Please think about it. Additionally, the hotel doesn't provide even a toothbrush which may look very insignificant, but these kinds of tiny goodwill gestures ultimately boosts the image of the hotel !!!

I did not expect such high quality for a IBIS hotel. Price quality is excellent. Nevertheless there seem to be differences on the different floors - 2nd floor is renovated.

Small yet clean rooms for a cheep price (compared to other options) in an hotel near Zurich (10 min by car or 30 by public transportation).

This hotel is very clean and has very reasonable prices. The parking is free here and there were always available spots. The rooms are a bit small and decorated with modern simple furniture. As most readers will probably be aware of, this hotel is not very central, but driving to the city center of Zurich will not take more than 15 minutes. Breakfast is also reasonably priced and pretty good. The staff is friendly.

Good quality hotel with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are well maintained and a good standard. The breakfast has lots of options and the restaurant serves good quality food for lunch and dinner. Free wi-fi throughout the hotel.
