Really convenience location , not far to downtown. Free shuttle to airport was wonderful, they also hold your luggage for few days . Great front desk service! Breakfast was great ,start at 4:30am !

Good hotel. I stayed here for a night because I missed my connecting flight and had to wait for the next morning to go back home. Standard room, was clean. Breakfast was great, had one of the best yogurts I've ever had. Great coffee as well.

Location outside Zurich but good for airport. Convenient shuttle service to airport. Clean rooms and good breakfast.

Flight got delayed overnight. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Easy to check out, and free bus back to the airport

We stayed here due to a cancelled flight. The room is basic, with simple beds and a very simple shower. Food is provided as a buffet, but there's also a bar that has other options. Nothing fancy, but okay of you just need to stay for a night.

This is a nice hotel. Free service to airport and free WIFI. Some still don't. New and modern not the heritage type but for the relative low price we are more than satisfied. Tram to downtown is near by but farther than anticipated. Good show. Enjoy.

It was a bit of mixed feeling and confusing to write about my experience in this Hotel. However, first thing first, the price was perfect given that this Zurich is a city where everything is not cheap at all; Furthermore, it is very easy to get since it located in a very nice area close to airport . Secondly, the property itself was what I expected from a " Budget Hotel ". The room was tidy and clean but neither bin nor water and tissue was available. The receptionist who did the check in for us lacks the level of courtesy needed when talking to customers.
They charging 19 Swiss Franc for the parking service per day.
After all of this they asked me for a tip.

Hotel well connected to the Airport with an efficient shuttle service.
My room was tidy and clean.
Tasty breakfast from the restaurant just next to the Reception Area.
Very kind and helpful staff.

Many guests including myself ran into some minor issues with booking. And it seems quality control with the room is lacking (guests complaining of plumbing problems, our sink stopper wasn't working properly). But we still enjoyed our stay.
