The hotel is clean and bright .. friendly and helpful staff. Location is very convenient .. the tram is within walking distance and if you decide to ride the city bus. The bus stop is in front of the hotel.

Good if you will stay in Oerlikon, not so much if you intent to visit Zurich downtown. 10min walk from main train station.

The rooms were very clean and modern. The food was great. Parking isn't free, but discounted. Expect about a 10 minute drive to get to downtown Zurich.

Nice and clean hotel in the heart of Oerlikon Zurich district. Fresh and tasty food in the restaurant, rooms are spacious and quiet, very nice and helpful staff. Definitely recommend!

Well located. Very good rooms with great view. Peaceful. Good upkeep. Very good people and excellent service.
I wanted breakfast earlier than their official time. Amenity the same was not possible, they promised to give packages breakfast instead. Appreciate this gesture.response / report this review -

This is a typical airport hotel well connected through road and train to Zurich City Center or to all other major cities. There is a train station just next to the hotel and also a shopping mall. The rooms are reasonable and clean and the staff provided us with a baby cot on seeing that we were traveling with a young baby. There is no room service in the hotel as was expected. The parking is quite expensive at about 20 euros a day considering the hotel is a airport hotel. Breakfast is served from 4am onwards however there is no hot food in the buffet. Overall stay was convenient.

Good hotel, food expensive but so is everywhere in Switzerland. Front staff especially one of them was harsh and accused me of already having breakfast even though I hadn't had it that morning! Denied that breakfast was included, after i showed my booking he agreed! Hate it when there is very clear racial discrimination!

Perfectly reasonable hotel. Breakfast is good and the room is fine. English TV channels and friendly hotel service. You will need a train though if you are going to the centre of Zurich.

The room is superb. The staff is super nice. The night auditors were funny and super friendly as well. Dry cleaning is a bit too expensive.
