  We booked the room with the view and we were not disappointed. The room was reasonably priced for the amneties you get. It was a special feeling to be waking up to the view of jungfrau every morning. The price includes breakfast buffet that has a good variety of options. They also have swimming pool (heated) sauna and steam room that are accessible untill 8 pm. The in house restaurant was also good and we.dined there 2 times during our stay. Staff was friendly overall and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for stay in the wengen area.

  walking distance to train station which is great. Room is not big but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served at a wonderful dining room with fresh pastry, egg and many other choices.

  Nice 3 stars hotel, clean, good breakfast (no vegetables).
  The classic Swiss quality of a 3 stars hotel, not wow, basic and good.

  Wenger is a very cute town and gateway to the famous Jungfrau mountain. This hotel is located very close to the train station and looks quite nice from the outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but kind of small, maybe typical for Europe😎.

  What a bad experience I ever had in this hotel today. First, I have checked in but the room is not ready. Second, the so-called manager (buy actually is a waiter at all) with very rude manner to us and seems we are asking for free drinks. Third, the hotel promised me to cancel my booking without charges but end up I need to double check and they missed to cancel. OMG!!! If I didn't come back to the hotel to double check, then I need to pay what I should not pay for😖.
  I have never had such bad experience like that , unprofessional, not helpful, shout to the customer, bad manner, apologized without heart. I would not recommend to all of my friends. Too disappointed with this hotel. More customer service trainings should be provided to the staff in order to enhance their quality. I will never recommend this hotel to everyone and also never book again! Terrible service!!! And just wonder whether there is Asian Discrimination!!! 😡😡😡
  
  ⭐️Reply to the Hotel ⭐️: Please note that good service is not just cancel the booking for the customer. Apology is. It just to shout 'Sorry!'. I think total service trainings should also be delivered to the Hotel Manager. Please step into our shoes to see the whole story and train up the staff attitude. This is not the first time customer to complain about the rude manner of the hotel staff. If no improvement, no good service can be delivered to the customer and certainly no sustainable development at all.

  Brilliant staff, very welcoming and options for food allergies. Rooms just right, nice and quiet. Views excellent, close to travelling ie station. Don't need a car.

  Typisches Hotel im Wintersportort Wengen. Wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Seilbahn auf den Männlichen zu empfehlen. Nettes und Freundliches Personal, besonders im Wellnessbereich. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant ist "Pasta & More" ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Abendessen im Hotel ist ok. Sehr positiv ist der neue Hoteldirektor, der Attraktionen wie eine Schneeschuhwanderung oder ein Outdoorfondue anbietet. Die Zimmer sind nicht riesengroß aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

  First stayed here back in 1981 and have been back many times since! Excellent rooms with stunning views, fantastic friendly service from hotel staff and an excellent location. Highly recommended!

  It is always nice when people in the kitchen love their work! Not so in Hotel Victoria-Lauberhorn. They think basic is enough, but they are even not able to cook basic. We waited an hour for our food: Felchenfilets and Lachs. After so much time we could hope for something great. But it was much worse then the first fish-and-chips corner in London. Sorry for that one London! The fish was put on the grill without any preperation. We suggested to pay Euro 5,- for the portion pommes frites, because they were good. Actually we had to pay almost Euro 80,- for bad food, bad service and an empty stomache.
  Hotel Victoria-Lauberhorn: at your own risk; for us: never again.
