Location 20 minutes walking out of town keeps the scenery unobstructed. Lots of common spaces and beautiful gardens. Friendly, helpful staff. I didn't find the bed comfortable, but the balcony is great and the price was right! There are many other places to relax if you find yourself with free time in the hotel.

Lovely presented rooms and the owners were very gracious when we woke them at 2am as we hadn't checked in earlier. Lovely continental breakfast. Highly recommend

Three years ago I stayed two nights at this hotel. First I am really happy with the nice view of grindelwald. I had some snacks with beer at the frint of window seeing outside scenery.
Breakfast is very good for me and I felt its atmosphere is so nice.
The room I stayed has little small bathroom but it was not a big problem.

The view is amazing, the staff is supportive and friendly, food is good, mattress was quite firm and the pillow thin - IMO.. Had a wonderful time otherwise and would highly recommend visiting Grindelwald and surrounding area.

Up the hill from the center of town got us away from some of the town noises to the Hotel Lauberhorn. The interior is in top/modernized shape. Bennie is very helpful with route recommendations for hiking and is an outdoor enthusiast. He also offers tandem para-gliding; not something I would do unless I was racing for a million dollars! They provide a healthy breakfast. Forgot to bring hiking polls? Borrow some at no charge from the bike and ski room. Dinner is only offered on Saturday nights when they fire up the BBQ. Soup is available if you request in advance.

I went there 2 years ago in my summer vacation with my family. The most beautiful place that I've never been anywhere like Swiss, but my choice was not proper to stay in this hotel, I think. Because of tiny room space for 3 people, I had seriously troubles to stay there.
