Very nice 3 stars hotel 10 minutes away from the United Nations. The rooms and breakfast area were always very clean and neat. The staff was always extra nice and very helpful. Fast and free wifi internet connection. Really enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable and clean. Breakfast isn't worth the price they charge. Area a bit dull but easy bus ride to centre and lake.

Nice and clean. Continental breakfast. Good coffee, but no warm things, like eggs or bacon. No bar.

So it turns out that everyone is right about the rooms being hot, and there really is no airflow because of how tight the doors are. It wasn't very hot when we stayed (mid 70s) but getting a good night's rest was still difficult, had to keep the window wide open to get any air at all and the street outside is very noisy. That said, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, breakfast was great (especially the apricots), and all amenities were nice and convenient. Would be a five star review if not for the heat.

Do not stay here if the weather is very hot outside. The rooms have no airflow whatsoever, no ventilation, no air conditioning, and the windows are very difficult to open. The front desk was utterly unhelpful, and there was no ice machine either. There are no convenience stores nearby, and there are no major public transit stops nearby. The closest is the light rail or tram, which is it an eight minute walk away. The only thing that this has going for it are really clean, cute furniture, and that's probably about it.

Unacceptable customer service! Company pays with company credit card. Reservation was accepted but only at check it staff got informed about this policy. If you change hotel you must pay for first night.
Check-in guys extremely rude and forced our staff members to pay with private cards. Spare yourself with such a lousy hotel!
Location is OK, hotel needs renovation and breakfast too expensive for what it is.

The breakfast was poor, but for the price and business trips it's not bad. But they still use old door keys, which you have to left at reception each time you leave hotel.

Really clean and functional rooms, very close to the number 8 and 5 bus routes. Room was cleaned daily and breakfast had enough variety. Also, for Geneva, this hotel is very cheap! Staff were friendly and helpful.

If I had one complaint, it's that noise travels through the rooms very easily. If you're not an early riser, hearing everyone get up from about 6am will probably annoy you.

Friendly staff, tidy rooms, central location. One of the best hotels I've stayed in by far

Small uncomfortable room, NO HEATING - we had 15
degrees Celsius in the room and it was freezing ! The room has no fridge, no carpet on the floor - it's like the morgue ! The level of noise is incredible, you cannot have a decent night's rest. Staff are unhelpful, cleaning maids' main occupation is to go up and down in the elevator thus blocking it for any guest who might want to use it. We tried to have our clothes washed and ironed and were refused in an uncivilized manner, and told to do it ourselves ! All in all, a horrible experience! Avoid the place like the plague!!!
