Room seems newly renovated but quite small. Our room was too warm even though the air con was turned to the lowest (18 degrees). Lobby bar has good atmosphere.

Very good place, last floor is reserved for club with private breakfast and clubhouse bar. Nice room design with view on Geneva. Friendly people speaking English or French.

Good location close to the airport. Easily accessed by walking. Nice clean and quiet rooms, relatively new for Geneva. Bar is small. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Central location. Very upscale. Food and drinks were very expensive except wine. 15 franc for a Guinness, 8 for nice wine. 28 chf for a plate of sliders with fries and coleslaw but it was definitely pretty good food. If you're from an area where eating out is already expensive then prices won't be out of the ordinary and quality is likely better than what you'd expect. If you're looking for cheap meal you won't find it here but the price for quality might be worthwhile.

Cool place. Pricing is also ok. Staff is cool. Very close to airport.they even provide shuttle bus service. Rooms are cosy.

We stayed for two nights, after a cancelled flight. The hotel coped well with the volume of passengers in the same situation, who arrived over a very busy bank holiday weekend. The buffet meals that were provided in a conference suite, were of a perfectly adequate standard, if not better, than what the airline needed to provide for us.

In addition, our rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable - with an interconnecting door.

After a second night of delay, when most passengers had departed, our meals were provided alongside paying guests in the various hotel restaurants. The standards were high, the food was superb and the staff were hard working, friendly and helpful.

All anybody wants to do at the end of their holiday is to get home on time but we would like to extend our thanks to the Crowne Plaza for making the situation as pleasant as they did and if we ever need to stay near Geneva airport, (minutes away) we would love to return to the Crowne Plaza.

Very much a business hotel. Not a hotel for 30 A-level physics students who had their flight cancelled. The rooms were amazing, and the location wasn't too bad. Easy enough to get to the lake. Breakfast was good and so was the evening meal, although large groups seemed to be a trouble to cater for.
