Great place, breakfast included was great, very comfortable place with a reliable and respectful staff.
Very small room, but it was exactly as described and what we paid for. Very helpful office manager who spoke English very well. They were polite and helpful. Would stay again
If you have even the slightest suffering of claustrophobia, best stay elsewhere. Arranged carefully, two people and a bag can fit in the lift, but that is palatial compared to the room. Walk in the door and you are in the shower area! Two more steps complete your tour.
The mattress had me checking to see if I had peed the bed, as it had a really odd damp feeling, without actually being damp (I think)
On the bright side, there is a tiny balcony to relieve the trapped feeling, and breakfast was included. This was the dearest of all places on our European holiday, and the smallest.
I rented an airbnb apartment and it was really excellent. Totally exceeded our expectations.
I lived in a double. The room was very small. The first place you walk into when you walk in the room is the bathroom. The bathroom was attached to the bedroom and it had no door. And it was a very tiny bathroom, so the toilet had a separate room outside in the hallway. There was also no air conditioning, although the fan worked pretty well to make up for it. Not every room is like this. I had friends who lived in nicer rooms that were also doubles. Depends on the type you get. I also had a friend who found bugs in her room.
Very good service. You will get free transportation card, breakfast in room, power cord adapter and all things you need.
Very good service and room. good overlook of Geneva. also good breakfast
The rooms where not rooms. They where apartments with 7 rooms. It was also quiet and gave us free passes for bus, tram, trolly-buss and train.
Nice hotel in the middle of Geneva. Also family friendly (we had a room with 5 beds). A few things could be improved but overall it can be recommended.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, simple but nice in a good location.
Room was basic, but had all the essentials. There was an odd arrangement where the door to the room opened to the bathroom, and then another door led to the bedroom. This was fine in a single room but several of our group were in multiple rooms. This meant that they had to lock their roommates into the room if they wanted privacy.
Location is fantastic, right in the centre of the city.
Service was good.
Family run business, quite quaint. They speak English at main reception. We had a basic room.
The room itself is small and clean, there's a small shower cubicle and a bunk bed. Not really suitable for groups who don't want to see each other pop in and out of the shower, since there's no real privacy!
The beds are comfortable and clean. They choose bunk beds I guess because of space constraints.
The shower is tiny, but functions fine
The breakfast is delivered to your room and is quite good: coffee, jus d'orange, croissant. Makes you feel like you're in Geneva!
I found it pricy for what you get, but heck, it's one of the most expensive cities in the world!
