Top of the line hotel. We had a company event for the weekend and they catered to everything well including our Gala in a separate location. Great view of the lake from the rooms and poolside.

The one star for the view only (attached pic) . No water kittle in the rooms and the nespresso machine not working. Also they put me and my wife in one floor and my kids on another floor even though i had 1 booking from 40 days. They didnt even try to help and find another room just kept saying we are fully booked!!!!

Need to preface the post with I was here during a pretty massive heat wave in the area (heatwave Lucifer). Although it was hot, I would think a five star hotel charging US$500/night and US$30 for a gin and tonic would have a pretty good AC for the rooms. Boy, was this not the case. The cold air came out at a low trickle, sleeping was very uncomfortable and my wife and I were sweating throughout the night. Very humid in the rooms also, the dampness could be felt in the towels and bed sheets. Plus, the bathroom sinks (see pic) did not drain properly either. Would expect that in a 3 star not a 5 star accommodation.
The facility and views from the rooms were 5 star quality but the service was not bad but not great either. This place is lacking in the smaller 5 star niceties and for the price you can do MUCH MUCH better.

Great service and lovely location. Have stayed twice and would stay again in heartbeat. The rooms are fine -- most with at least a partial lake view. The public areas are great -- with an understated, Asiatic luxury and photogenic flower arrangements.

Great service. Staying over NYE and loving the attentive service. Cleanliness of the room is very high and although the room's decor is not very impresive its very well apointed. Most public areas looked recently renovated. Location is good and walking distance from the city centre. A great experience
