It's centrally located and the rooms are spacious. It is rather classical for my test but I love the hotel.

Rooms are very very small .. furinature is very old fation even if it is meant to be .. the breakfast in very poor .. the staff is very friendly the location is excellent

Perfectly located in downtown Geneva near by great food and minutes from the lake. Historic hotel, so don't expect a ton of amenities or sound proofing, but nice nonetheless.

What give a unique feature to this hotel is the location. it's in the center of Geneva, you can go everything by walking and it's like 1 minute waking from bus stop. and 2 minutes walking to the Geneva lake. the staff are very lovely and the hotel design is cozy and homey.. but it lacks some facilities in the room.

Very tired hotel. I've not stayed in such a run down hotel since I was a student. I initially thought it was cheap for Geneva. Now I'm not sure. Sleeping at the station only marginally worse an option. Staff are nice though but I could say the same about the station.

Lovely building situated in the Heart of Geneva.
Fantastic service and staff can't be more helpful.
Superb continental breakfast.
As for the cricking floor it's parquet..and the building is listed.
So that's is charm.

Booked a room here at 15:00 on a Sunday and arrived at 16:00. Discovered that i had booked a room for October rather than September. My fault. Having had no room available for that evening they refused to return the money or offer a credit note. Terribly unhelpful and uncourteous. It was cheaper to fly home a day early than to book a new room in a new hotel. Avoid at all cost!
