a great beer place with samples from all over the world. you can ask them to prepare a beer sample event for your group or team, where everyone can try. they also serve American style food, like hamburgers and pulled pork sandwiches, and on Sundays brunch is available

Amazing place for dinner. Their beer selection is great and their staff is wonderful. I had the lamb burger with goat cheese and it was divine. The fries always come out fresh. I come here when ever I visit Zurich.

Tasty, well-presented food and a good selection of craft beers. Playground outside and a play area on the second floor inside, both of which are great for kids. Most popular for Sunday brunch, but I've only been for dinners. Kids menu available.

Very good brunch. If you're not going with kids, ask to be seated downstairs (upstairs there is the "family room" and it can get loud). Nice place for dinner, too. The location, so close to the Uetliberg, is great.
Some people on the staff only speak English.

Best fried chicken I've had in Switzerland. (Fried chicken only available Friday nights.) Dog-friendly restaurant.

I first went in 2012 to this place. I was regularly there until 2014. Now I went again for a Sunday brunch in the garden. They were very slow to sit us (tough it was not a busy day nor time), once seated the waiter was nice and approachable. I was very sad to see and taste that the food became very much worse after these years. It's cheap fatty stuff sold at a high price. We were displeased with the presentation and specially with the food quality (I got an upset stomach quickly after eating that). The prices are expensive - even for Zurich standards. Very sad for this nice place that I used to like it was the last time to eat there. Never again.

Super place. Awesome staff and great food.
The beer is beyond expensive though - IPA has been around for long enough, not sure why these bars still think it is an absolute premium. better places to get good beer for better value. Would go back but not regularly because of the beer price

Excellent setting, menu and beer selection. The food is very good and the vegetarian options were delicious. The recipes are very original and flavorful. This place could be excellent / world class. Just very close to five stars. Only details.

The big plus of Fork and Bottle is that they are very kids friendly and offer a play room for children. It's very, very crowded though (always), and you need to make reservations early in advance. Food is good, rather expensive. Pulled pork was delicious. Service is friendly. If the atmosphere/noise were better, it would be one of my favorite places to go

The lamb. Try the lamb. It's done to perfection and the relish on top leaves nothing to be desired. And not only is the food amazing, but the staff is very friendly. If you visit in the summer or in the warmer days, you should definitely sit outside. And I promise you that you will have a very relaxed time.

Also, the minted ice tea is also worth a glass or two.

I'm torn. I really like this place, it has a consistently good atmosphere but sadly the same can't always be said for the food at Sunday brunch. Sometimes the food is awesome and sometimes I'm left a little disappointed. To be fair, it's never bad, I just wish it was always awesome! It's great for kids and has a lovely outdoor section too.

I went to a beer pairing dinner event and was blown away by the quality of the food and the quality of the beer. The beer owner from Beer By Numbers explained each of the 5 course of beer we were tasting and the owner of F&B explained the food that they made to go with it. Every dish from appetizer to dessert was delicious and amazing. can't wait for the next pairing event.

This is a great example of how you can get creative with beer. The beer list is more of a beer bible - there are just so many to chose from it is worth calling over the owner who is so down to earth and helpful, to help you choose. The menu is diverse and I recommend the deep fried bacon - a great way to start a meal. This is a place you can easily spend 5 hours sitting, talking, and drinking.
