Excellent customer service from all the associates that helped me that helped me with my purchases. I have visited all 3 locations and they were very thorough with their help, making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. They even gave me design advise for free. I was especially impressed with their showroom at their location on Dufflaw ,they have a huge selection of tiles on display.

Unique products
Competitive pricing of their products.
Awesome showroom.
X-Tile was the only store that had the unique marble tiles I was looking for. The staff picked up my tiles and brought it to the store for pickup within less than 24 hours, truly a place that understands your needs and personally cares about the customers. Had to fix a leak in my shower but searched everywhere for the exact tiles. Went to more than 10 stores and couldn’t find them. Went to X tiles and as soon as I showed them to Lucy (who offered me amazing customer service), she said “oh yeah, we have those!” So glad to have found them! Saved me from having to redo my whole shower! And thank you again Lucy for your excellent service!

This summer I needed to renovate both my main bath and powder room. I am the kind of person that if I have to do things, it better be worth it, esp if I am going to spend money on it. I went through all the tile stores around major locations. Found some good options, but not really having that excitement factor in my mind. 3 days before start of renovation, I made a last ditch effort to check out more tiles along Lawrence, visited 2-3 more locations, and nothing. On my way home, I saw and passed by X-tiles, (Dufflaw) and I doubled back. Glad I did. Met Lucy. She was very helpful and grateful for her calm and patience (as I was getting frustrated with not getting that excitement around my project and crunch time.) I cannot say enough great words for her help. I went back to their location each of the next 3 days to finalize my project. Now I can say, YES!!! I am so happy with the outcome of my project, it had the uniqueness I wanted in my washrooms!!!! So happy and grateful with Lucy's guidance and service, SHE CALMED my frustration, so happy that X-Tiles carried the tiles I needed to make very UNIQUE look to my washrooms. I had a very SATISFYING project this summer, every time I visit my washrooms, some ooohhs and ahhhs. LOVE LOVE LOVE the blue skies in my bath, the flowers in the powder room. SO UNIQUE, SO MINE!!!!!! :) Attached are bare pictures of the finished washrooms. Thank you to X-tiles for carrying those special tiles, thank you to the staff, even that person at the back, to Edward and especially Lucy!!! If I have another washroom to renovate I will not hesitate to take more of those tiles. THANK YOU.

Had broken tile in the box and they told me no refunds on the product. It's a scam of a place. The ladies at the front also seemed like they were clueless. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They are not experts by any means. They will sell you the wrong stuff, and will not take an exchange, even though they realized it was their mistake. Stay away from X-Tile, or you will regret it.

X-Tile Dufflaw has a great showroom expert designers in the staff but the only thing I don’t agree with is that the clearance purchase is considered FINAL SALE !!! NOT RETURN NOT EXCHANGE L great prices though!!

I’ve been around looking for a good deal and I ended up at X-Tile and found this $1.99/SF floor tile. Not only I bought the tile but also all the materials like cement, grout, mesh, etc. The salespeople are nice and welcoming.

“I went to the showroom at Signet. The place is small but had a great selection of tiles in stock which was different from Olympia tile, to where my contractor had sent me. I needed backsplash and kitchen floor tiles and the salesperson was very helpful and patient, even though I had no idea what I was looking for. I was able to purchase beautiful tiles that luckily were on clearance. My kitchen looks great!”
