I Spent 90 minutes waiting on the phone to cancel an online order for a $20 side table. What a waste of my time as a customer. i should bill them for my time -- as a retail organization they should provide decent service!

Everything is fine until you need customer service and then they make it nearly impossible to resolve reasonably.

I thought I could trust IKEA - Not So Much!!!

Getting through to customer service is non-existent. Tried one day earlier this week, waited on hold until I hung up. Tried 3 times today. 1/2 hour the first time without a confirmation of wait time, indication of how many being addressed ahead of me. No message to indicate I was even connected. Representatives must have gone on vacation or they have so many calls they cannot handle the volume.
Tried Live chat. First I was # 85 and wait time was 45minutes. Then I was # 84 with a wait time of 49 minutes (4 minutes longer). I closed the chat I was not waiting for being # 2 and having to wait as long as going to Mars and back. Why can't they figure out to call us back when they decide they are available.
Lastly, could they not even try to get better music instead of looping and looping and looping the same notes every 3 or 4 seconds.

The line up was around the corner of the building when I went so I was a bit skeptical BUT it only took 15 minutes to get into the store. I was REALLY impressed by the organization of the store and the staff. Everything was easy to navigate and the lines were quick and easy to get through, even at the checkout. Thank you IKEA!

Still one of our favorite ikea's to visit. The food is great as well in the cafe. Parking is easy but there is only one way out of the parking lot. At least it's traffic controlled.

Great selection of things, and some good deals to be had. Employees working there have always been really nice. Just make sure to go when it's not as busy or it can be chaotic!

AMAZING staff, was here last week and had a cart full of item, trying to juggle a coffee and sundae as well getting to my car. Out of nowhere a gentleman comes out and says Hi I'm with IKEA let me help you with that, he took my car and helped me unload while I enjoyed my sundae. Thank you for going above and beyond that day! LOVE this location.

This IKEA is well-lit and there is plenty of parking. The furniture pick up area is also large and encompasses most of the front of the store, so that you don't have to wait to back your car in to load it up. The Restaurant was very clean, the staff very friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. There are wheelchairs available to borrow if you are with someone that is mobility impaired, and the aisles are wide enough that you can easily navigate the wheelchair (or baby carriage) through the store. We were there on a Civic Holiday Monday. We had to wait maybe 10 minutes to get through the lines at the cash. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Good range of furniture, from pricey and stylish to affordable and space-saving. I can always find something perfect for my space. There's a surprising amount of artistic flair available to add a personal touch to any room. The well-priced restaurant is much appreciated after a long day of shopping, and always helps me to leave in a good mood. Dollar hot dogs and ice creams from their snack stand will also do in a pinch!

If you need help, ask someone from the right department. The place is so big they have to specialize and often can't give you an answer about other areas.

Setting up new displays so there were some empty areas. But a lot of really neat stuff. Very helpful, one of our pieces was damaged and they took it back no issues. Good food too!

A huge variety of almost anything you need for the home with decent prices. Unfortunately I believe some of the furniture they build now isn't quite up to the same standard as it used to be but it's still good. The restaurant is very reasonable with many great choices. The one thing I don't like about this store is there's exit signs everywhere however I can never seem to be able to find one that actually helps you find your way out of the store without asking for directions.

Everyone loves IKEA! I was looking for something to fill a space in my house when I was my listing my house for sale and didn't know what I was looking for and found the perfect item. And it was on sale at the till! I had to return something else and IKEA has a take a number system for returns so you can sit or stand to wait with lots of personal space. :)

Use to be a lot better. Some staff still friendly, but while walking with our child on 3 occasions during same visit 3 separate staff on two floors barge past with cages on wheels of stock without so much as an "excuse me". Food prices in the restaurant so so and the quality not too bad. Clean and hygienic. Just not the friendly outgoing experience we always had in the past.
